Fredo's Barber Shop, Port St. Lucie FL

I’ve been coming to fredos for years always never had a problem or long wait even as a walk in before I understand most of their business is ran through appointments but on this day I came into fredos at 10am as a walk in and they tell me there’s one guy ahead of me I think okay sit down you’ll be soon an hour goes by and 4 people have already went ahead of me no problem fredo says your next stick around will get you cut another hour rolls around and 2 more people have gone ahead of me so fredo will let his walk in just sit there all day and if they possibly have the time they will give you a cut I left having just wasted 2 hrs of time and went to Blend Masters right down the street who were happy to have me in there as a walk in and were able to get me in and out in less than an hour with no wait

I stop by earlier this morning to get a quick cut for my pictures, and after I explain what I wanted and he still gave me this weird high top fade that I specifically said I did not want. All while my hair being uneven Wasted my money. Had to go somewhere else and cut all my hair off because of it

First time I’ve had a fade since moving to PSL from Texas. Kev hooked me up with a clean fade and beard trim! Most of all he made it feel like I’ve been going there for years! I found my barber shop!

Fredo is always accommodating and knows what he's doing! Not many barbers know how to fade thin hair. He does!

Started coming here over the summer and instantly fell in love with this place it's been hard to find a good barber for my autistic grandchild but fredo has so much patience understanding and experience there is no reason to even look any further.it's super easy to make the appointments and the communication is excellent I'd highly recommend coming here especially if you have a family member with special needs

Marco did great. The atmosphere was relaxing even though they were playing Drake's newest music inspired by Nintendo video games.

They are good with cutting hair, they just don’t know how to utilize time with customers the managing skills are poor they rely on Appointments so much they lose on all the extra money maybe they don’t need it I don’t know

Great barber shop! Walked in and was greeted by the owner who then had me sit with Jay. He cut my hair exactly as I asked and made sure I liked it before leaving. He also took his time and carefully cut my hair which I thought was so kind. Definitely a cool group of professional guys

I had an appointment scheduled for 1020Am. I was called 5 minutes prior to my appointment by Bobby asking if I was coming to my appointment. I apologized and told him I thought it was at 1030 I was 5 min away or so with traffic. He said no rush don't get a ticket. I arrived at 1026.6 minutes after my scheduled appointment and someone was already in his chair. Do not call a customer and verify if they are coming or running late and tell them you will wait and then dont.great barber but terrible customer service.

Ive been going off and on to Fredos for several years now. Yesterday was the second time Ive went here for an ordinary haircut and they did it completely wrong. Even after specifically asking for a simple, regular everyday haircut it still was not done correctly. Last time Im going there.

I just walked in. No appointment although, recommended. My barber was an ex-marine, and an artist. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment with Bobby for a haircut and shave. I was amazed at the way he cut my hair. He paid attention to every detail and it was the best haircut I have ever received in my life. The atmosphere of the shop was great as well as the service. I highly recommend Bobby for anyone interested in getting a haircut
