Im thankful for Fred’s this Thanksgiving. I ordered your take out dinner for 8. It was delicious! I watched your staff work so hard to make sure everyone that came to pick up was taken care of and happy. Thank you to all of the staff at Freds for making our family dinner special. I hope each of you had some time to enjoy a meal with your families and loved ones.

I visited the Tampa area about a week or so ago, and this is one of the places I went to. The food was great! You can tell that everything was home cooked! Our server was wonderful as well (I really wish I could remember her name). I mostly love how they handle sanitation. Everyone must wash hands, sanitize, and wear gloves before going to the buffet. Last but not least I couldn’t believe the price! It was very cheap! When I come back in a few weeks this will definitely be one of my go to spots.

The service was outstanding, the food was mouth watering delicious, and the price was budget friendly.

The food was Hot, Fresh & Good. The wait was long but, the busier a restaurant is, the better chance of getting some good food. Staff very friendly & attentive.worth the drive.

By far one of the best classic restaurants in the Tampa Bay area serving nothing but home cooking Southern style with collard greens, mashed potatoes, okra, fried chicken, fried catfish, a complete salad bar with cucumber and tomato salad, absolutely unbelievable. Take a moment to read the story of the family and then ask for some stories that aren't on there Menu. Like what happened to buddy Freddy's? That's a true story in itself. But this place will rock your world if you want some Southern Home cooking and Fantastic service

Wow this is like one of my favorite places to eat so it's clean service was good they need more space in there Plant City.

Food was excellent. The waiter we had was so attentive and kind. I would recommend to everyone to eat there

Busy but friendly, good sanitation practices for customers using the buffet. Food is fresh and replenished quickly. Great coffee!

First time my son took me here, coming back from the Casino,
And it was great the food taste like homemade, like when my grandmother use to cook for us. Also right out of the pot they cooked for the family. I will definitely go back there, if I could get money and get away from the family reunion to go eat there i would in a heartbeat.
Am always the main cook for the family of 6 children and 11 grandchildren, but now that my health is not good, I have a pacemaker, Diabetes, C. O. P. D, and am I don't have the strength I don't know if I can do it.
But honestly I recommend this restaurant, loved it. May everyone have a a wonderful and blessed day.

Plant City location: the Inside dining was over-crowded, there was confusion for customers where the start of the line was due to having every customer wash their hands and get a plastic glove before entering the food line, food was bland and definitely not worth $21.02 I was charged for 1 plate of food, 1 desert (Small bowl of imitation banana pudding). I was honestly disappointed in the prices charged for the food. The group I was with had a negative experience as well /we agreed that next time we get together to eat buffet.

Thanksgiving Dinner with me and my sister and is was wonderful, the food was excellent. As well as the customer service. We had an late lunch. All you can eat Buffet. And the quality of food is absolutely great.

Nice place, friendly staff with quick service, and plenty of food, but the different foods our party tried were hit or miss: beef tips and gravy was good, fried chicken was too extra-crispy.

We got there in time to enjoy the breakfast buffet (hot and yummy til the end) and then the lunch switch.

A great home style buffet! All the food was delicious and well stocked. Hot food was hot and the cold food was cold! They also had various prices for small, medium and large hunger!

The fried chicken is so good and fresh and juicy and not dried out. I could eat there every day. I love there breakfast and they even have chicken there for breakfast too.

Wonderful staff, but the food, although hot, was not really my style. I was given a no charge ticket, which was thoughtful of them.
