Had Freedom out because we were a customer of a company they bought out. Unfortunately it seems the tecks are encouraged to sell products and services not needed. We were told we should just replace our a/c unit and that it needed over $2k in repairs. It was running fine. A year later, the readings were the same, and unit was still operating fine. Would NEVER use them again.

Wasn't able to do what I needed which was to add a roof vent for me to get a vented range hood installed.

The installation took longer than I imagined and on the quote I told them all the services I needed, but in completion, they added charges for the valves. They also did not honor the gift card promotion. I had it sitting right where they put their iPad, but they sat they did not see it.

Freedom has been my go to company now for years. Love the techs and friendly service. Thank you
