Freedom Boat Club - St. Petersburg Skyway

The crew here is top-notch! There are several other closer FBC locations near where we live but we choose to drive 35 minutes to the Skyway location every time. Jake, Adam, Dylan, Greg and Rex take amazing care of us every time we go there and they are all really nice guys and are very knowledgeable about the boats and waterways. The boats are well maintained and always clean and ready for us. Highly recommend!

We reserved a pontoon on the Saturday before Memorial Day. Wow! Everyone was out on Bunces Pass flying the American Flag. It was a wonderful day of sun and fun!

Absolutely love this boat club! I can get a boat anywhere in the United States, Canada & even France!

We have friends that belong to this boat club. They invited us to a day on the water with them. Very nice area and boat club! The employees at the boat club were also very nice and informative.

Awesome day with Brittany on a FBC tour of St. Pete downtown and learned the course for Weedon Island. Meet fun people and had a fantastic time.

Captain Brittany came with us and taught us to anchor. The best thing about the club is the people. They are all knowledgeable and helpful every single interaction!

This was our first time out of the St. Petersburg Skyway location. Adam and Jake are the main reason for this rating. They helped us get our supplies down the ramp and onto the boat. The discussed the best route to Egmont Key reviewed our trip on the chart. The other reason is the care of the boats. Taking out a boat with new cushions, a tuned engine and working depth finder was a joy. I think the other docks could learn something from this location. It is a 40 minute ride from our house, but this could become our home location. Thanks again to Adam and Jake.

Best Dock in St.pete hands down. Dockmaster Cody took care of me and my passengers very professional boat was cleaned and gassed and ready for me when I arrived.

First time at this location and went pretty well. Docks are a little tight getting in and out, but great spot to set off from.

We love freedom boat, it’s boats, it’s locations as well as the people at the Marina especially Adam and Logan at Suntex Marina who are very helpful

My mother wanted a boat, upkeep, plates, and everything that goes with is a bad choice to do. With Freedom you get all the fun and no headaches of owning your own boat. Have had the membership for under a year but mother is happy and I enjoy taking the boat out and exploring the different areas. Our membership is started from Ruskin, which is still her favorite spot, but this one is set up in a great location to see the Skyway Bridge and so much more, if your looking to get a boat here I would say it's a must try, you won't be disappointed!

Great Staff, Clean and boats were ready when they arrived. Freedom does need to provide some shade to these guys!

Never a worry about any maintenance on your boat.they have it waiting for you.jump on & have a Blast & bring it back & they take care of the rest.the only way to go for weekend boating FUN!

We have been a FBC member since 2017 and have been enjoying every minute of it. We just had our first incident with the boat when the key broke off in the ignition and couldn't start the boat. We were on an island and it was late in the evening. We called St. Pete Skyway FBC and they got a rescue boat to us in 40 minutes. The FBC employee (can't recall his name) safely towed us back which took about 90 minutes. Even getting towed at sunset was an amazing experience. I feel safe with this company.

A perfect way to social distance! The Skyway location has amazing dockmasters who are helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dylan, Adam, Cody, Greg, and even the newly hired Cory make a great crew who are always doing all they can to keep the boaters happy, informed, and safe. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to join the club.
