Freedom Boat Club - Naples Brookside Marina

This experience is the reason I joined FBC. I am a member in DE. My brother owns a house in Naples, FL. My sister and I spent the week boating in Ft. Meyers and Naples. I was so happy I had the opportunity to share my membership with them! We ventured into places we otherwise wouldn’t be able if we didn’t have access to a boat. This was an experience of a lifetime! Thank you FBC!

Becoming a Freedom Boat Club member was one of thebest choices we made since moving to Naples about 2 yrs ago. I've owned boats my entire life and never enjoyed boating more than I do now thanks to the staff and equipment at Freedom. I tell everyone how much I love it. Thanks Brookside stagg for the great service and smiles each and everytime we take a boat out. Highly recommend Freedom.

Your dock people are outstanding! I also like the idea of a person greeting us at the outside and calling for our boat. Very organized

As always, the dock staff was really nice and very accommodating. Christina and Andrea are the best.

The staff at Naples Brookside is #1; Steve the Dock manager is excellent and Freedom is lucky to have him!

Boats could be a bit cleaner when delivered but great staff

Always impressed with the dockhands and the marina host/hostess (Christina helped us yesterday). Everyone seems on their game and remain cheerful, even on a busy day. I recommended FBC to 2 people yesterday and both are going to look into it. You guys are awesome.

Half the time we take a boat out the electronics either the don't work or fail during the trip.
With the money I pay monthly I think you should be able to outfit theses boats with much better than the cheapest GPS/sonar you can buy!

Boat was listed as a deck boat but it was a bow rider that we were provided this made entering and exiting the boat at the beach very challenging

We always take the boat out is this location. We really loved it, the boats are always clean, the employees are wonderful. Too many good to good things to say. We love freedom boat!

Brayden was fantastic! We had a question about where to park and dine and he took out a map and helped us navigate our way through. We are new to freedom boat and Naples waters so it was a great help for us. He took extra time to help us feel confident. He even helped me with the boating app on my phone. Wonderful service! 5 star Ty!

Boat repairs are not being down. No windshield, horn did not work, Exteriour lights did not work, and hand held radio did not work.

The team at Brookside Marina is second to none. The entire crew are upbeat, knowledgeable and make it fun. THANKS TO A JOB ALWAYS WELL DONE!
