My husband Ed went in for a cleaning and ended up having two teeth extracted and never did get his teeth cleaned! One month later a bone sliver appeared in his back gum. Very painful, and made a follow up appointment two weeks later. Dr. Shirley decided not to do anything, saying it would smooth out over time. This exam took 5 minutes and charged me $88. Will not be back!

I canceled our 2 apts for our kids on Friday because they had the stomach flu. Received a call Monday morning stating because we canceled Friday, it technically was not within their absurd 24-hr cancellation policy and we were going to be charged $50/child! I mean I guess we could have just let our kids come in and infected everyone with the flu? We were honestly were trying to look out for other patients and the staff not to mention we canceled Friday, not Sunday night…. We are now new patients at another dental office after being treated this way. I can’t imagine treating my clients this way and find it appalling when businesses treat people more as a $ sign vs a human. I highly recommend looking elsewhere!

Glad I was able to buy lunch for the dentists today! Forced to pay $50 cancelation fee because I didn't want to be forced to pay $400 for x-rays and doctor exam I didn't want. I'm now a senior on a fixed income having to pay cash for services. All I wanted was a cleaning. Geesh. Enjoy lunch on me Dr. Shirley!

Freeport Family Dentistry is exceptional! The facilities are clean and very modern. The staff is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Hygienists and doctors are great … personable, friendly and very good at what they do. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with Freeport Family Dentritry!

Our first visit was as smooth as you could ask for! Everyone is kind and helpful and you feel very welcomed and valued as a patient. The dentist did not rush with our exams, the hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable, the front desk staff was also extremely efficient and customer oriented.
