Freeway insurance in Kissimmee is one of the best best companies I've dealt with by far, employees are all amazing and go above and beyond to help people, for example I was going to loose my license due to circumstances and they all took it upon themselves to help me get where I need to be to get my license and to continue service with them, I will highly recommend them to everyone. They are very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.waited ten months and nobody called me back. Tried calling today to get a quote and they put me on hold several times and then hung up on me. Too many companies out there to get this horrible service.

This is the worst insurance company that exists. Their customer service is trash. If you call with questions you will spend hours and days trying to get ahold of someone. They will continue to pass you on to the next person who can’t help and or hang up in your face. Save your self time and money just go somewhere else

I needed to cancel insurance on a vehicle. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to cancel and was put back in the que by several agents. I was calling any Trustway insurance office I could just to cancel. Didn’t realize I called Kissimmee as I live in Broward County. Olga Santana took my call the other day but was not able to send the paperwork I needed to sign due to system issues. Today I was determined to get it done and I called at least 10 offices but couldn’t find Olga. In the midst of my despair Olga called me! I was ecstatic to put an end to something that should have been so simple! Olga is a perfect example of excellent customer service. She went up and beyond her duties to follow up with me and it was perfect timing. I wish I took the names of those who transferred me back into the que after they told me the would get someone to help. Thank you Olga I’ve been a customer of Trustway for 19 years! Yup back when it was Freeway. Trustway Kissimmee keep Olga she’s a gem!

Absolutely rude! The customer service in this office is beyond unacceptable. They answer the phone with an attitude and hang up on you before you’re finished with your thought. I would give 0 stars if I could. These representatives need serious training on what customer service actually is.

This is the worst insurance company ever, I’m trying to contact them to cancel my policy and they drop the call every time and never called me back or reply my email.
