They changed the blower motor through a different brand and serviced the handler, which ended up costing more than it would to just replace the actual air handler! They also charge about 35-50% more than other companies for other work for items such as cleaning and maintaining the AC. Also their workers were smoking cigarettes when they were servicing the handler and my whole home smelled like smoke.unacceptable! The only reason they don't get a one star is because the mini-split install was pretty good and reasonably priced. Have found more professional and more reasonably priced contractors since these interactions.

I would put 0 stars if possible. This company are absolutely awful. Rafael sent 4 technicians to my apartment over the course of 6 days. They replaced my compression valve with another faulty compression valve the first time they came. They turned up 1 hour late to both appointments they scheduled with me - with the technician walking through my door as if unaware that he was late. They then found an additional part, which took them 2 days, once finally replacing the additional part they told me that they were wrong and the compression valve was never the issue in the first place.

Not knowledgeable in their field and a severe lack of punctuality.

Great Service! They were able to come out same evening and assess the problem. I installed my unit in the past 3 years with another company. When the technician told me my motor was the issue, he already had my warranty information and took care of getting it from the manufacturer and fixed within 24 hours. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!

Always a step above the rest. Extremely thorough work double checking and troubleshooting to resolve any issues. As soon as i called someone was sent out right away. Professional help that goes above and beyond expectations. Must go place for all your AC needs!

The Freezing Point A/C service we received was outstanding. They came to our home on a Sunday when the problem first began to assess and control the situation and then the very next morning they were there fixing the issue. They took the time to explain all the steps and the source of the issue and then shared tips on how to ensure that we avoid it from happening again. Would recommend them to anyone in need of any type of A/C support.

Extremely prompt, on time, made a full check and troubleshooted the system very quickly. Making sure all was good after restarting the unit. Made sure it was the correct fix before quoting repairs.

We bought an A/C unit from Freezing Point 5 years ago. They have always been there for me with maintaining the unit. Very professional. They know their stuff. Very easy to deal with and respond quickly. Highly recommend!

I was charged $800 to replace 3 parts (24v transformer, contactor and a fuse) that combined doesn’t cost more than $50-100 (I checked on-line piece by piece). BE CAREFUL never will use this company again

Buyer BEWARE These guys are a complete scam - I moved into a brand new house with a brand new never used a/c unit - The a/c was blowing hot air. I found Freezing Points sticker on my unit so I called. They sent out a technician and immediately said my unit was out of warranty and that it would cost me 3k to run new copper lines. I called a second contractor for a second opinion and they pressure tested both units in front of me and it kept the pressure with no problem. The unit needed freon and that's it - This tells me Freezing Point makes a living by scamming customers because he knows they are not knowledgeable about these things - I will report them to the better business' bureau - These guys will be out of business very soon - I am a United States Marine and I know how to handle guys like this. BUYER BEWARE
