Freightliner of Miami, Hialeah Gardens FL

I have been calling the parts deparment for this place for three days in a row! Trying to purchase a part and they dont answer! HORRIBLE! I had to call another freightliner to get a hold of someone.

They should change the name of the department.the “ NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE DEPARTMENT”

This guy rambo from service he charged me over 700$just for oil change for box truck + i bring my oil and filters can you believe that!
i asked rambo how is this posible he said probably is mistake did you remember i bring my oil and my filters so what is 700$+ Rambo said we stay more than half hour per filter hahahhahahahhahhaha

What an awful customer service! They will transfer you back and forth and eventually to a vice mail. These people don't care about customers or company, they're just coming here to get a paycheck once a week.

Always check with Luis there. He’s an experienced parts specialist. And a nice person, Im dealing with him for years. He’s my parts guy but the rest of the vendors are pretty nice too. Definitely a place were you left always smiling. Good work guys

The worst service i ever seen in my life. I bought the truck from them 2 years ago with an full bumper to bumper extended warranty. Since i bought the truck i put like 10.000$ in it because everything that I supposed to fix on the truck it wasn’t covered by the warranty. Don’t buy extended warranty because is the biggest scam. Few weeks ago i took the truck there to change the injector lines seals and the radiator. They estimated the repairs at almost 9.000$. After i told them that i don’t want to do the repairs with them they said ok but you have to pay for the check out which was exactly what i told them to fix at the truck. They charged me 680$ because i told them what to fix. In the last week I tried to call them at least 30 times a day or to get in touch with a manager, just to let them know that i’m sending someone to pick up my truck from them, but nobody picked up the phone. I bought a coolant tank from them and they tried to make me change it now again because is leaking, which is not true, and they tried to sell me the caps for the coolant tank separate (the caps are coming with the tank).

I don’t recommend this dealership.

My grandma Took a vehicle there for ac repairs. The the guy Edwin couldn't find the problem and then tells my grandma that they prefer to work on other types of trucks. Then why would they accept the vehiclefor repair? Don't take your vehicle to get repaired there they don't know nothing and where rude to an elderly women. They didn't help at all and where offensive towards her. They tried to rip her off and I'm sure Its because she is a woman.

The worse shop in Florida, actually all Florida is same. No one even respond for phone call. Sometimes responding and transfer you to voice mail. AMAZING AMAZING! KEEP GOING LIKE THIS. THE REAL RATE IS 0 STARS! JUST FIND ANOTHER DEALER IF YOU CAN. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

A year ago I took in my 2001 RV on a Freightliner chassis and they replaced the LCD instrument cluster. The LCD went bad again, not their fault, obviously, however now they have decided not to take in any RVs. They pick and choose what warranty work they want to perform. It seems as if they don't want to take on small jobs. Very inconvenient since now I have to check with the next closes Freightliner dealer, which is over 40 extra miles from my location. Terrible customer service.

Honestly I don't know these people problem I set there and they acted as if I wasn't even there I had to ask for help while three peoples looked on one computer and one set on the side of me I was there to only buy two gallons of coolant. I felt neglected on purpose

Rip off place 1200$ for the diagnostic of abs light, seat belt, and other two parts I knew it's necessary to replace without their diagnosis. Guys buy the parts and go to other place. 800$ is the estimate work to change abs sensor.

Absolutely a bunch of scam artists! Allowed some individual to charge over 1,300$ to my credit card to buy parts. I’ve reached out for them to do the right thing but have gotten nowhere. I’ve spent 3 months trying to get my money back and I can guarantee that this isn’t the first time you’ve done this. Be ware.

Unfortunately the review for this business are not good at all, company business and equipments are on rough shape, no enough warehouse personnel for the amount of parts receiving on the daily basis and management don't do anything on top of that lunch room is falling apart and there's not microwave for the employee provided from the company
