Freightliner of Palm Beach reviews
13I took my motorhome in for repairs, it was repaired in just a few days thanks chris for a pleasant experience
I left my truck to do basics service like Aligment and after 7 days when i came to pick up they told me that my truck was just forgotten at the yard. Thank you Chris for a terrible costumer service experience and of corse a lost of my time and money. That experience will be share to nationwide freighliner corporation.
It is a terrible place, the staff that works in parts is very rude and they do not know anything about the content of their work and they always sell you the wrong part
This company stays busy but takes care of their customers by getting the job done fast and accurate. It's not cheap but you can depend on their work. Chris is very good!
I wanted to write this review for the parts department, in particular for Evelyn C.
Her willingness to assist our business is top shelf, first class, and goes way above and beyond many other Parts departments that I have been working with.
Evelyn’s contributions and precise workmanship is certainly appreciated!
She is always very friendly, knowledgeable and there to help in any way she can. Her follow up is second to none, always gets back to us.
Her professionalism and expertise saves our business down time and ultimately money when she takes charge of ordering and ensuring we get the right parts, the first time and in an acceptable time frame.
Thanks for being a great business partner!
Steve C.
See Evelyn in parts department very knowledgeable and professional Great communications and Chris in service department as well great staff The Technician Johnny K very knowledgeable with trucks
Prety busy place. Staff in general are very knowledgeable and helpful too. They replaced a turbo on a Freightliner Century, and the job was very thorough. This location is not big. Therefore, you might not have a parking spot for your trailer. But you might be able to drop it outside.
They hardly have anything important, it is better to go to boyton directly and not waste time or call here first and see if they have what you are looking for
We had used them prior no issues had wonderful service it was the last time we were here which made me change my rating from a five to a one. We brought the truck in for a clearance light repair left the truck there 1/2/23 went back on the 1/4 truck had not been touch they stated they got swamp once they get to it they will call us but it might have to go to pompano to get it fixed. On 1/19 since we never heard back from them we went back to them at that time the part the part that was order and been sitting there for awhile. Christ then told us they still had not gotten to the truck but they will fix it by morning. We told him it had to be since the truck had been sitting here all this time and nothing has been done and we had a trailer and load to pick-up the next day. He promise it will be done and he will call us in the morning. Morning comes Christ text us and states that the part that was ordered was the wrong part and that they have to send it back and order another. We told him that we have to take the truck because he had well enough time to have catch that and that this was unacceptable.
Horrible place I tried calling to get a price and inventory for a oil drain plug for my 2021 Freightliner phone just rings. So I head to the shop 4-5 people just sitting there on computers and the phones are just ringing. No one greeted me, looked up or said 1 word. EVERYONE needs to be fired immediately. No customer service skills, I HATE dealing with Freightliner dealership Lou. I will tow my truck to Jacksonville Florida first before going to any Freightliner dealership in south Florida they all suck. Pompano Beach is better but don’t go for any service repairs you will be there for weeks.
Their Team In Riviera Beach always Good Service and Professional Parts Department with a smile.
Service on the truck was acceptable they made sure I didn't pay for anything I really didn't need. My only gripe if any is the amount of time it took to get done. However I was very pleased with the quality of work
