Horrible, had to return rental rug cleaner neither the manager nor the person in customer service knew how to do it. Had to call someone for instructions

I went today for Tamal en casuala and very disappointed the taste, look and cold. I asked for 2 of their famous croketas and arrived late and told waitress that didn't want anymore she got kind of uptight.
Very surprise usually their service and food are great.

1109pm came to get milk for baby and all the staff was walking out hmmmmm doesn't look like closing time is 12.to be continued

The store itself is well stocked but you really find any one to assist you. The deli section only had 1 girl working the counter and a long line of people. And only 3 cashier's with long lines.

1st time using customer service in the 100s of times I have shopped there. Pork shoulder was on sale for 48 cents a pound when you spend 30$ or more. Had 26.04$ worth of products, and I picked out a 4.03$ (after the discount) pork shoulder. No where did it say the price of the pork shoulder was not included. Anyways I would have happily spent the 4$ extra to get the promotion but the very rude, incompetent cashier got a poor attitude when I told her she was wrong after she told me that I had to spend 26$ more to get the 30$ total. In comes a clueless supervisor who does circles trying to find a reason why I cant have the promotion before finally settling on the price of the pork not being included in the total price and leaving me with no option but to return the pork shoulder. The whole transaction left me with a bitter aftertaste and I'm shocked at the piss poor customer service. Cashier name Dayla

There most be a glitch as did not visit Fresco y mas as really its a very lousy brand we prefere Publix

Always go here, I live next to Neighborhood Walmart and Publix and i drive an extra 5 minutes for fresco

They just added a recycling center! So awesome for people who have too many plastic bags and for Earth to have less pollution
