I give it one star because I cannot give it 0. On August 6,2023, I bought some donuts and some guava cakes, which of the 2 products were spoiled. The donuts were stale and the cakes sour. I would not like to go to this site anymore

Lottery closes at 9: 30 now just like Publix. I switch to here Fresco Becuase they closed the lottery at 10. But now that they are like Publix, I guess I go back to other store. Also the self check out registers have extremely large volume it’s annoying, like everyone can hear the total the place is low

The morning staff are good, Brenda and Cary in costumer service are the best.

Tremendous gossip of the workers there. I just witnessed how an employee yelled at and offended a mother with a baby and a little girl, because according to him they were dirtying the floor with bread. The girl was eating a piece of bread and the baby threw the bread that she was also eating on the floor, I saw it all because I was coming behind them. The mother began to pick up and put the bread on the next shelf to clean the baby who had bread all over the place, but since I was behind her, she had to move to the side with the car. At that moment an employee came with tremendous gossip yelling that they were dirtying the floor and that he had seen the lady throw the bread on the floor. I was left dead. I had never seen such a great lack of respect. The worst thing is that the manager was right there and did nothing. I ask him what happened, and the employee with tremendous gossip said yelling that the lady was throwing bread on the floor the lady defended herself by saying that she never threw the bread on the floor and he replied that he saw her. And that is a lie because I was behind and I saw everything. Even so, the lady went and complained to the manager and he did nothing. They didn't even help the lady who was carrying the baby trying to pick up what the baby had thrown on the floor. I had to help her with the girls and the car. There was not a single piece of garbage for all that there, and not even the manager sent the disrespectful employee to bring a bag. When has an employee been seen in a supermarket in the United States come yelling and offending a person because the bread fell on the floor?
