CAUTION! I left my 3 expensive pieces of clothes versace and D&G, they didn’t follow the clothes label and gave me back my stuff ruined and faded color, I will sue them for this! I wish I have read the past reviews! They were black volor and now faded gray. What a ignorance!

My girlfriend's father passed away and his T-shirt that she always wears got covered in hair dye from her roommate. I went in and explained the story, i know how impossible it can be to get dye out of clothes, but they were nice enough to give it a try for us. Came back the next week and the shirt was in perfect condition. They said they tried three times to get all the dye out. They really care and go the extra mile. Thankyou so much

Spent $250 on wedding dress cleaning and it looks almost the same, I feel like I could do a better job of getting the stains out myself now they are set. Unfortunately I didn’t look until I got home.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND AVOID COMING IN WITH EXPENSIVE CLOTHES

I've been a loyal customer of this company up to this moment. Three weeks ago I came in to pick up my skirt and saw a huge black mark, that wasn't there before. In fact, I brought in the skirt nearly in perfect condition, just some yellow sports. The front lady told me that they will remove it and I can pick it up in a week. So, the following week I pick up the skirt and see a HOLE in the place of the mark. The owner (Raul) handed in the skirt himself and did not even mention that they made a hole, I noticed myself on my way out. For the second time, I hand my skirt back and Raul claims that they will fix it. I come in the following week (3rd time) and see that the hole is poorly hidden with simple stitching (see picture). Additionally, the skirt had some dirty spots left and the underneath shorts weren't even ironed. I never try to argue, so I simply called Raul and asked for some sort of compensation. Please mind that my skirt retails for nearly $500 and is pure silk (brand: "Tibi") - the reason why I am extremely upset. Raul knows about the skirt's price and did not agree to give me any sort of compensation for it, and more importantly, started defending himself by saying that his prices are the lowest in Brickell and that I should be thankful for it (extremely unprofessional)! I would much rather pay a higher price and have my clothes NOT RUINED. Please see pictures of my skirt's condition as a prove. I will never be going to this place again and encourage you to avoid it at all costs, especially if you value your clothes. If the owner would be a true professional, he would offer me appropriate compensation and keep me as a client but instead, he chose to be rude and claim me as unappreciative.

Extremely recommended! I wanted to get a gown cleaned after a wedding. It had drink, make up, and dirt stains. Raul, the owner of the business, came personally to pick it up and asked me a couple of questions about the stains. It was ready 2 days later and the stains were completely gone. He worked around my schedule to deliver the dress and the price was amazing for the customer care and service received. Plus it's eco friendly. Win win.
