Fresh Ink Orlando

I went to Fresh Ink after trying three other local stores, none of which were open at 10 AM on a Tuesday. Gabriel was more than helpful and very professional. My order for a few signs was small, but he treated me as though I was spending five thousand dollars. Very satisfied with fresh ink!

We were invited to an event last minute, and Gabe and his crew went above and beyond to get us everything we needed! Thanks to Fresh Ink our event was successful! Thanks Gabe!

I had a vinyl wrap job to cover the chrome from my SUV. It lasted 9 months before peeling at the corner (see pictures) when it should be 3 - 5 years. I talked to Gabriel and he said it was 3M with their poor adhesive. He said he would charge me $100 for the labor cost to fix it, and he would get refunded from 3M on the piece they use. I had to pay the installer to fix it.
If it was 3M adhesive, the whole vinyl piece would fail since its a single piece from the same batch, not just at a single corner. You can see in the picture it was poorly installed and stretched at the corner, and now its peeled off the vehicle due to overstretch. Gabriel says its only stretched 25%, which is within 3M limits, however I believe the picture shows otherwise.
Why would I pay for the installer / Fresh Ink to fix their mistake, and Gabriel / Fresh Ink gets his money back from 3M for the vinyl piece? This means they can provide poor installation, and charge customers to fix their work.
Please know that any vinyl install is only warrantied for 6 months per Gabriel, and no warranty information is written anywhere on their website!

Gabe and his team have wrapped 5 vehicles for us in the last few years. They have gone above and beyond for us! We couldn't be happier with how they have turned out. His designer Joey listened to our requests and they wrapped our truck within a day. Couldn't recommend a better company in the Orlando area.

Fresh Ink has a reputation for quality work and top products. Gabe, the owner is great at creative ideas with amazing level of detail. We entrusted fresh ink with the complete color change wrap of our car and it still looks like the day it drove away a year go. The work consistently receives accolades from everyone that sees it. So much that when the car went into a local body shop for an accident repair they thought it was real paint! We needed to go back to retouch an area due to a small accident and fresh ink came through once again. After a year later, they re wrapped the area and left it looking like new.

I used Freshink for my new pediatric clinic signs & prints several times. They are very professional, timely and did a high-quality job with the designs & executions! The manager Gabriel is so delightful & caring about his clients, it’s always a pleasure to interact with him about projects, he goes out of his way to make sure I get I got my designs & signs on time, I would definitely not go anywhere else for all my signs and prints needs!

Gabriel and his team at Fresh Ink are amazing. I get blueprints there on a daily basis. On a personal note, I had a 3x5 photo of my grandfather from World War 2. They enlarged it to 16x20 and maintained great quality. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of their products. I highly recommend Fresh Ink
