I do love some fresh kitchen! I’m not into it but if you’re into non hormonal, non gmo, organic etc.food, they really drive that advertising, so i’d for sure recommend it for you. I feel you get a good amount of food for the price and the food is always good!
I love to get a bowl with sweet potato noodles which are cold (some people don’t expect it) but delicious. I recommend getting barbecue chicken as your protein as it seems to be the most tender / properly cooked of the ones they offer. I always get mushrooms with mine and have never been able to replicate them as well as fresh kitchen at home sadly.
The food is very reasonably priced and around $10 a bowl but definitely worth it. I see lots of people here in gym clothes all the time, so stop by post workout and try it out!

I’ve been here 4 different times and only one time my dish came out good. The Bradington location is 10 times better. The first time I’ve been here, do you have toothpicks in my food. Could you imagine biting into that? Second time I came here, the girl that made my dish kept touching her face and itching her nose. The third time I came here (to get my freebie) literally was the only dish that came out normal. I want to here the other day And this will be my last time. Nothing is consistent and the girls who are very young have a huge attitude. As if they don’t wanna work.

I LOVE this place! The food is always delicious and health. They give generous proportions also. This is my go to for a quick healthy meal.

The food is great but the service is terrible. The servers are your front door they should be pleasant!

LOVE this place. The only thing I can say is I wish it were closer to where I live, but it's still worth going out of my way for.

My go to for take out, fresh and good portions.

I recommend the salmon and mashed cauliflower/potatoes with the creamy ginger sauce.

Great food, great service, fast times! It's definitely on the pricier side of "fast food", but the ingredients and atmosphere make the "higher" prices a great value. Whether you want to go out for a bite with some friends or pickup some takeout, Fresh Kitchen always is the move.

The place is always clean. The food is well prepared. It's a good experience. If you've never been there I would suggest the steakIt is alwaysMouth watering. The manager IsraelAs aGood man and will help and take care of any thing that you might need.

I was pleasantly surprised. Bowls were large and everything was fresh. Citrus chicken was tender and cooked perfectly, I just wish there was more chicken, it didn't seem like it was enough forthe price. Bowls are customizable so you can get what you like. Fast paced place. Great on a go and for pickup.

The manager Katherine, went out of her way to make sure the order was the way it needed to be.
They were very busy, with a storm on the way and she was nonetheless, very professional and helpful especially when she didn’t have to be.
And their food is awesome!

Are you kidding me. This place is the Best! Our favorite is the number 6 bowl with that wonderful grilled barbeque chicken! Lord have mercy. It feels good to eat healthy at Fresh Kitchen

Fly infested! (Otherwise a 4star)
The food is very good, the service is fast, but the place is full of flies, I got 2 flies having sex land in my bowl. They do have fly control devices but the wind-curtain at the entrance was not working. As a suggestion management should improve this situation with better cleaning and making the equipment they do have work.

Cutting portions in half from what they were and still charging the same is a very poor way to increase profits. Food is often inconsistent and poorly managed. What once was a favorite place of mine has now turned into Just another franchise down the drain. Such a shame!
