I’ve been waiting forever to try this place and it did not disappoint! My husband and I both loved it and that says a lot because he always gets annoyed at my “healthy places. ”

The parking is located right behind the building. There are 3 covered patio tables and a pretty big inside seating area.

My only critique is that the broccoli was a little hard. The baked almond crusted chicken is a must try!

Used to love FK but portions got smaller and quality of food is not the same. Just had uncooked sweet potato and greasy noodles. Picture for reference. Very disappointed!

Quite surprised with the quality of food from this restaurant since it was my first time, besides the hard sting beans I enjoyed my dish and will certainly return and recommend!

Let me start off with I LOVE FRESH KITCHEN, with that being said. I've had FK maybe 4 times these last 2 weeks. I've had it many times before in the past. 2 times my bowls have been overly salted.to the point I can't eat it. I get coconut rice, almond chicken, feta cheese, green beans, almonds, and coconut siracha sauce. WHY SO SALTY.literal like flakes of salt it tastes like.only 2 times out of the many it's been like this, but now I can't trust that it won't be like that.bummed cause it's one of my favorite places to eat.for the price I pay, extremely disappointed I can't enjoy it.

The service was fantastic, very friendly. I even asked for a recommendation, and green beans was a good call.

My husband and I come into this Fresh Kitchen twice a week. (UTC Sarasota) The last couple weeks have been disappointing. They are starting to get real skimpy on the amounts that they give to you. There prices went up and they are giving you less food. I do know things are going up, but if they do at least don’t skimp on the food. I also feel like the workers look scared to work there because the manager hovers right over them. What a shame!

Very good place to eat healthy. The bowls are delicious and reasonably priced for the competition around. I only wish they displayed nutritional values for the food, find it odd they do not since it’s a more healthy place

I agree with some of the posts here, the portion sizes have gone way down as prices went slightly up.it'd barley worth going for the portion size. While the food is still good we have noticed some inconsistencies since the portion changes like the streak sometimes is ocean type salty, or thr BBQ chicken can be great or not.it all depends.the place is starting to slide but I hope it catches itself bc it truly was a great place to eat and the concept was great.

FK is my dream come true. Even since becoming gluten intolerant I have found it increasingly challenging to find ANY restaurant that I felt I could EVER Trust again. The exclusively GF product is consistently great and made with love. The staff is so accomodating and Blake, Maria, Chef John, Joe, Sergio, Myra, Regina, John, Maria, Brady, Carlos, Chef John and many others make our experience there so great. I will be adding names to this update bc I don't remember them all now! I have brought friends, relatives and co-workers to FK and they ALL love it. The only thing I would say is I want some more rotating menu items. Easier said than done I am sure, as they have a finely-tuned system in place. Finished a little FK leftovers from yesterday and already looking forward to our next visit. Another place that puts the food in a bowl but this was really good. Super tasty. Honey sweetened tea a nice plus.

I'm glad I found this gem. Food is fresh and options are great. Staff is friendly and offers advice for first timers. Always clean and PACKED. But don't let that deter you, you can be waiting in line out the door and still have your meal in under ten minutes. A great option for healthy food lovers with multiple options.

The kitchen is in fact fresh. Great food, reasonable prices, but having been a few times to an unchanging menu, it would be nice to see a little more variety in the options, even just seasonal things.
