One of the machines was not properly working an I filled out a suggestion card with the washer # an my name an number an I received a full refund So ty for that

I have been going to this laundromat for almost five years the only problem I have had is with the owner and his refund system. I washed clothes here on Saturday two diff dryers I paid to run two times each after theses dryers both ran the two times my clothes were still soaked, I filled out comment slip, I get a text after 10 pm at night from owner stating that the one dryer was working and the other wasn’t but the card I have isn’t registered to me, so where did I get it. We’ll sorry but not everyone is single and may have a laundry card with their significant others name on it, I mean watch the cameras, you will see that it was me and my mom and no your wrong both dryers are not working, Russ! Please refund my mommy before I call better business bureau Ty

No attendants present. No coins laundry card only. What do you do with unused balance when you’ll never be back?

This was my first time here. It was a little confusing at first with the card system and the different prices based on the same looking machine. The gentleman working walked us through through the process. Once he explained the process, it is really easy and smart. He is very respectful to your situation and his directions are straight forward. Very clean. Very well kept facility.

No one is there to maintain I wen to do my laundry and it was flooding the place was a Mess all day no one show up to cleaned.

Got there at 620AM, There were some articles of clothes on the floor, some items left inside the washer machine and also washer number 57 does not work. There was no sign on it or nothing (3 minutes in and no water came into the machine) had to stop it and use another one. How do I get reimbursed for that?

Cost way too much! 15 dollars after buying card that you have to buy, just to wash one load! Bathroom is locked. Tvs don't work. Go across street to high point and it only cost 5.75 to wash one load there! I threw the card away I just bought!

I usually do my laundry here at least once a week. Today I went in and it was the dirtiest I have ever seen it. Trashy and cigarette ashes in the restroom. Also the restroom smelt of urine. I am hoping things get better as I come here because it is close to my home.

The machines are very big and that was great for all the bedding and the dryers work great. Really liked it but the outside are is a bit dirty and there is a lot with trash everywhere in the parking lot. We've been back two times before I wrote this review and we'll keep going.

Yeah the qashers are fine and it WOULD be reasonably priced if I didn't have to run the dryer 3 times for one medium load. What a ripoff

Really clean place, everything working good! Mr. Andrew was extremely nice and helpful and kept the place exeptionally neat!

Fairly well taking care of. There's air conditioning and t.v. Open late. I do wash there all the time.

Love the laundry card idea, no digging for quarters. Very clean and machines are well maintained. Bathroom is super clean

$1.50 deposit to get a card to use anything. You cannot spend this amount. It is only to get a card. Owner informed that once you put $20 on the card you get the deposit back. I just needed a dryer so I'm out the deposit, since i won't be coming back.
