The food is good but the portions are ridiculously small for the price. I was charged $1.50 for a small slice of avocado added to my dish. Unbelievable!

Ordered delivery from Uber Eats today, found out after that they charge for any and all vegetables added to simple lunch items, then charge an additional fee for protein. On top of that their Buy One get one does not include those items so you really end up paying full boat for a promotional offer.
The food was adequate although the noodles were undercooked, I will take my lunch business elsewhere in the future since there are so many other options near by.

We had a superb experience at Freshii at Marketplace Dr. Phillips today. I strongly recommend this venue for a healthy and incredibly fresh ingredients and an explosion of flavours. Try the Teriyaki Bowl Salad with Tofu. It's amazing! Plus, the Butternut Squash Soup and the Tropical Mango Smoothie. We'll definitely come back! Thank you Enzo for the most positive and caring attendance!

Delicious. I got the Buddha satay, good price and portion. The service was great, lady at the cash register was so sweet. Will be back.

The food is going downhill. Taste and portions are not what they were just a year ago. Do better.

Placed an order online and they gave me someone else's order, when I called them to let them know what happened and to return the meal (unopened) so I could get the meal I ordered, they told me that I was wrong. I had to insist that I was coming back to show her it was wrong. In the end I ended up hanging up on her and just driving over. She made my correct order and threw in some extra falafel for free. The food quality was pretty good and portions were large. I appreciated how they made up for the mistake.

They also have a nice sweet dessert option little chocolate or peanut butter bites. They were a hit!

This is my first time trying out Freshii. The food is fresh, good portion size with great preparation and presentation. I was disappointed about the brown rice not being available, but I replaced it with quinoa.

Not recommended for large groups or events. Received an unsolicited text from the Freshii location owner after a botched corporate catering job for 22 people. I placed the order 72 hours in advance. The delivery was >10 minutes late (which is a problem with corporate schedules) and included 22 assorted energii bowls + 2 dozen individually wrapped energii bites. Per the owner, my expectation to receive 24 individually wrapped energii bite packages wasn’t correct, despite description saying “individually wrapped. ” Per her explanation, I should have expected to receive 7 individual packages with 3 servings per package. We received 12 individual packages containing a total of 36 bites. Not sure if the owner leverages algebra, trigonometry, or astronomy here with this mental numerical gymnastics assertive defense of the minor error: if you order order 2 dozen, you should expect 7, but receive 12. I can’t ask 22 professionals to “open and share” their food. Regardless, the catering coordinator (a 3rd party) refunded the $12 delivery fee after I called in a panic asking where the food was after not receiving the “on the way” text 5 mins before confirmed delivery time. Later the catering company refunded the cost of the missing dozen energii bites after I sent a short email requesting the refund due to missing item. All in all - $500 total order w/$100 tip to the owner directly (as she delivered it herself) and I still got the nasty-gram pseudo-math text from the owner. Unbelievable. Rating low for catering due to timing unreliability, order inaccuracy, and the unsolicited unfriendly text after the fact. +1-star as a few at the event commented they liked their bowls.

First time at Freshii and the food tastes great with excellent customer service. Definitely coming back when I am in Orlando again.

Selling out the workers, yet again, and proving that if they cannot import cheap labor, they will export your jobs to cheap labor.

My favorite lunch spot! One of the best places to eat healthy, and the staff is always friendly!

This was my first time at Freshii. We got southwest bbq and Mediterranean bowl. Both were super delicious and very fresh. We also tried their Elixir Immune shot which was amazing. Andreas was really helpful and kind. This will be our favourite go to place for a quick bite.

Food is super bland & I told the manager & said I wanted a refund since I didn’t eat the food at all & returned it as soon as I got it. She was rude & giving attitude shaking her head & all. $29 for cheap bland, no flavor food & they are rude on top of that.

Closest Freshii was this place - 40 minute drive (one way) from home. Place was empty when I placed the order. Drove back home only to find that there was no dressing for the kale ceasar salad. It was one of the driest salads i have ever eaten.

Door and website say open till 9: 00. Arrival at 8: 08 and door is locked. Knocked on door and they give hand sign saying they are “done” and then come out and say “sign is wrong sorry. ”

We drove 20 minutes to get here.

Well.i love freshii usually but this one has no mango, no edamame.deceiving! I need these items in my salad! So i went dinner at chipotle

I enjoy their food…. Their customer service and their less for more on their menu is terrible. I have been eating at this establishment since they opened here in Dr. Phillips and have enjoyed their food… their workers used to be amazing and ever since Covid their customer service and food has dwindled down. Today is the last day I will ever support this restaurant. Save your time and money…. Go elsewhere! When I called to speak with the owner she could care less…. When you don’t care about your customers they will stop supporting you.
