Friendly Heating & Cooling Solutions was a complete all star! He had everything he needed for the job and got to work immediately. He explained everything he was doing as he set about installing the air conditioner, and even went so far as to insulate the area around the accordion sides so I wouldn't have to remove it in the winter. A+, would happily work with Sammy again!

I noticed that the outside fan of our AC unit is not working. I called Friendly Heating & Cooling Solutions immediately. I am glad they responded quickly. They confirmed what I noticed and explained that if the fan on the outside unit doesn’t perform correctly, proper heat transfer cannot take place and the air conditioning compressor may overheat and trip the safety overload. Worse yet, it may cause internal damage to the compressor. Oh my god. It could have been so much trouble! All thanks to Friendly Heating & Cooling Solutions’s expertise and punctuality it was prevented. Phew! I am relieved!
