Friendly's, Orlando FL

We didn't dine in. The place is extremely run down and needs upgrading. We were waiting to be seated and it was too run down for us. I used the bathroom and it too needed serious tlc and renovations. Such a shame because it's in such a prime tourist area. Anyway we decided we didn't want to dine in after the viewing the conditions of the restaurant.

Good food we enjoyed our meals and server! Kids loved their ice cream. It was cool to share w my children where my parents took me. Fun exciting ice cream sundays

A family favorite. Went to enjoy the Jim Dandy sundae. No complaints. I always leave with a smile.

Always a treat t visit with out of town friends. They request a dine in at Friendly's.

I can see why most of these locations have shut down. No staff, empty restaurant, long wait to sit down, even longer waits for food.

Didn’t stay. Got ice cream to go. Icecream staff was very pleasant and earned them an extra star.

Did not use the facilities inside. Cursory glance at entrance and immediate dinning area we could see shows that they need a good cleaning.

Liked seeing that Friendly hasn't completely disappeared. Couldnt leave without having a Reeses pieces sundae.

No longer any in my home town, or anywhere in central Ohio. Used to be my favorite Friday or Saturday place to eat.

Worst service. Staff doesn’t welcome you, smile, or make it a family experience. In short, this Friendly’s is not friendly. The burger was good.

We had a great experience our long time server Crystal took great care of us once again! Speed of service was perfect food quality was terrific and conversation and true from the heart service makes this place awesome thank you Miss Crystal look forward to seeing you soon! John Chris and Josh!

The food was really good and ice cream was awesome and they are really nice and friendly there, it was a good first time for me.

Food taste great but the man taking the order was so rude. He is the reason for only 3 stars. Shame

Friendly’s it took me an hour to get our food and 30 minutes to get ice cream I don’t recommend eating at this place or at the location

Horrendous.
Went today Wednesday afternoon around noon. Place was not busy at all. Looked like there were 2 servers working and perhaps someone from corporate. She was sitting at the cleanest booth in the front with a perfect looking meal and fribble with a stripe straw. Dressed noice and doing paperwork and on a computer. Staff was talking and attending to her a lot. Who knows. If she works for the company I was surprised she didn't step up and actually help.
After about 5 minutes of being ignored at the hostess stand. (Myself and 4 kids) my kids love to come here as we are natives in Massachusetts and Friendly's was a staple in our lives. My daughter wanted to come here for her 13th Birthday. We were told to wait 10 more minutes.
We were sat at a dirty table, not offered a high chair or booster sweat considering I had 2 toddlers. We were surrounded by dirty tabled with food from an hour or more ago. It was disgusting. There were only 2 other families eating and all of them already eating their meals so it just seems the servers were lazy. Ive been a server before I know what its like.
Server came back 20 minutes later and asked to "give her the food order" so we gave her drinks and food.
She dropped off the drinks and left. My lemonade cup was filthy. The server didnt care so I didnt even feel comfortable speaking up.
Anyway the other server on brings us the food and leaves.no one checks on us at all. My meal was cold and not cooked I didnt even touch it. Someone finally comes back and by this point I was want to leave she took the plates, clearly not even eaten and walked off. As a server you're taught to come back after 2 bites or 5 minutes. No one came back for 45.
I had to wave someone down for ice cream, mind you its my daughters Bday and she wanted some. SO we were rushed to order, she forgot was it was and came back 20 minutes later to ask again.
Dropped it off, some were already melting we hurried up and walked up front to pay bc we got sick an tired of waiting and not being attended to.
No idea what I paid for didn't even see the check. Its sad that they just didint seem to care anymore about serving or cleaning. We will not be back not that they care.

It was our first time and they have a good atmosphere, not too busy. Our server Nathalie it was great, friendly and very attentive. Thanks for everything and keep the great job!

This Friendly's is great. Yolanda was our server, she was awesone and very attentive to our needs. Staff was very nice.

The triple bbq bacon burger and onion rings was fanastic! Better bring your appetite you will need it! My wife had the Aloha chicken stir fry. She said it was great.

Of course we got the i e cream. It was awesome. Really wish Cincinnati area would bring tbese back. We miss Friendly's. We visit this location when we are in Orlando.

Been awhile since eating at a Friendly's, and the food was average, they were out of many items. At least the ice cream was as good as I recall.
