Frona is a wonderful caring counselor! I recommend her to anyone looking for relationship advice/counseling. I was undergoing counseling with her for a period over 5/6 months. She really helped me get out of a low place in my life. And for that I will always be thankful for her.

I contacted Frona with some issues that I wanted to address. She is extremely caring, professional and takes the time to listen to her clients. I would highly recommend her for any problems that you might need to work out.

The worst therapy experience of my life. After 5 minutes I questioned her method and was met with “ that’s the way I work. If you don’t like it we can stop now”
I should have listened to my instincts. No therapy, only judgement and telling me things that were so basic it was embarrassing. Then complete silence. Oh and by the way. You can only pay your copay by credit card and then she charges you the $% convenience fee which is actually the cost of doing business if you only take credit cards. Come on Frona Is the two bucks that important?
I guess it is. Find a therapist that has compassion, empathy and most of all is not just plain rude.

Super easy to talk to. Comfortable. She has helped me work through my self-esteem issues, people pleasing issues, and helping me recognize emotions as they come. Best therapist I’ve had.

For only having 2 session with Ms. Israel I can’t say much. Although I can say one thing I didn’t like about her. Before our first sessions I had asked her if my insurance had a co pay, which she replied “no. ” Good news to hear. So, first session was ok. But shortly after our second session, she messaged me saying that her billing company didn’t accept my insurance. Which would have me paying out of pocket for the 2 sessions that were already done. I feel like there was some miscommunication with myself and or her billing company or even probably scamming. Who knows. Anyways that’s the only issue I came across with her.
