Front Porch Cafe reviews
17Everything here was so amazing! I loved the food, service was great and its just a great experience overall!
My friends and I visited last weekend for my friend’s 50th birthday celebration. The food was great and that’s about it. It was a group of five of us. We weren’t told until it was time to pay that we had to pay a tab altogether-we thought we’re paying separately. Well, the tab was $190! We were figuring out where and how did that amount come to be? Our brunch was like $20/$25 each so where would the other $ $60 come from? We figured the amount would be around $130, but $190? The waitress told us the extra service charge was tips divided up between the staff from the host to the kitchen staff. I’ve never heard of this. We were very disappointed because our bill shouldn’t have $200! Our service wasn’t too great because we got a small container of syrup and the pancakes are super thick! I don’t think we’ll be visiting there again. Very disappointing to say.
Been here before and the service has been slow in the past, but everything was perfect this time. Got seated quickly, food was great and came out in good time.
Perfect brunch/lunch spot near the beach. Sat out on the covered patio. Pineapple mimosa was delish and the crab cake sandwich was perfect.
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SPECTACULAR FOOD.
I HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED GRUPON AND IT IS VERY AFFORDABLE
I went for breakfast and qas served by Luis who did an excellent job and was really attentive. Also food and cocktails were A+. Definetly recomend
L restaurant, wasn't clear about allegories, wasn't allowed to bring in food from other places, and is too pricey.
Luis treated me incredibly well, I had a great time, very attentive. Thank you and see you back.
We went to have breakfast with friends, very nice atmosphere, the waiter Luis served us, we were undecided about the menu and he was very kindly able to guide us very well between our tastes. We would return without a doubt and we would ask him to serve us again.
Love this place, came here for dinner with my wife and it exceeded my expectations. Service was great, I had the short rib which was delicious. They also have live music from Thursdays to Sunday. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami. I’ll be back for their breakfast as I hear its awesome.
This is a good but not excellent breakfast/brunch spot. Service was quite spotty, and the food took more than a half hour. Overall, they have a good variety of breakfast options. Cappuccino was mediocre, however.
Great service and big breakfast portions. My friend had the green eggs and I had the Migas scramble. So delicious!
He
Best brunch in south beach.the best breakfasts.good mimosas. Thank you Gustavo for the attention
Waiters with little experience and very little knowledge. The food is good to dry. And they automatically charge 20% service, which sadly has become a bad habit in the United States.
Every time I visit Miami, I always make a point to come here. It’s been about 8 years and year after year this place is a consistent hit. The food is great, staff is great and the location right by the beach is perfect!
Here’s a video of my time there but follow me on Instagram to see them all in my stories @merrickleejr
We ate here everyday when we were in Florida. Fresh food and great service! Highly recommend!
Location: attached to a hotel- so nothing spectacular.
Atmosphere: Your basic tables & chairs; No decorations
The Food: The biscuits and pancakes were really good. The bacon was salty, soggy & undercooked. The eggs were a mess…the potatoes not sure they were potatoes
