I've been driving for FSR for 3 years. I worked in WPB and now JAX. Great company to work for. The equipment is good. Management has good communication and always try to help. They gave me time off whenever I needed it and made sure my health benefits were paid when I was on a medical leave. The pay is good, but the BEST thing is that I am home EVERY DAY.

I was hired for a dedicated route. Turns out that route never existed. The floating schedule will kill you. They say they’re going to pay you one thing they do not. Just glad that I’m not with them anymore. My advice to any driver stay away.

I worked for FSR part-time 3 years ago and 3 years later, looking at My options, decided to give FSR HR a call, why? Because I knew that They always maintained Their Equipment very well and still do. FSR is a very Safety minded Trucking Company that puts Safety Before profits.
FSR operates like The Big Trucking Companies in all aspects but yet They are small enough to know The Driver's and Management on a first name basis. I am not just a number and this creates a "part of The Family" atmosphere as an Employee which creates a unified work environment from what I can see personally.
I'm glad to be a part of The FSR/PCC Team and My Support to This Trucking Company is primarily in The Tampa Bay area, moving Freight for UPS and also for The United States Postal Service.

FSR is an awesome place to work. I could not have found a better group to work with. The equipment is always in excellent condition and service is promptly resolved. The supervisor is always and I mean always a simple call away. It doesn’t matter what time. Thanks Pablo. The administrators are professional and supportive. They are the last of an extinct kind. 100% true to their word. Everything that was promised has been fulfilled. Thank you for choosing me. I look forward to many years with FSR.

Went for an advertised driving job posted on indeed. When I went for interview, hourly rate changed to less than advertised after 40 hours. No overtime. And complicated pay per run dictated by post office. Too many unknowns for me. No way of knowing what I'd be making per hours worked. Also, they make you pay for fingerprints and id photos for federal clearance, fyi. $44. Something I feel they should have picked up the cost for.

Family run company that cares about me and each employee as an individual. Love working here! Everybody works hard and does their best to make everybody successful! Finally found a great company I want to be a part of for a long time!

FSR does not deserve the negative reviews. Whenever I've had business with them, they were nothing short of knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I look forward to working with them again.

Poor management especially Ricardo. Thinks he knows everything about Driving but has never been in a truck. Hire you make you work a week and then make you take a Dot physical even though yours is still valid. Watch yourself if you decide to work here.

Horrible HR people. They don't care about their workers. Don't work with them. They will fire you after they mess up. RICARDO is a horrible person who can't do his job. Plus doesn't care about the drivers. His bio on the website is a lie.

The very best company to be employed for! Ra’nan is a Great manager and Joey is an Awesome Owner! No company is perfect but even the safety manager Travis will work with you in any situation!
