The staff are very professional. I broke my right arm by falling and hurt my knee badly too. I also now have carpal tunnel from as a result of the break. I’m doing much better. I have been going there for about 2.5 months now. Yesterday I was given a brace for my wrist to help with the carpal tunnel and am already doing better. My knee was problematic and with their help it’s better too.

Had knee replacement 2 years ago as of Feb.of 2024. Still having issues do to how it went after surgery: left staples in too long, did not request therapy even after having water on knee twice [primary had to schedule] felt like I was a bother for the staff. Dr. Donnelly was caring and informative when I was able to see him - I really felt I was bothering the office staff (not the medical staff). I am still having pain in my knee and hard time walking.

Dr. Donnelly is well known to me and I am very confident in his surgical skills, knowledge and experience.
I had a partial knee replacement done by Dr. Donnelly in September 2023.
I am very happy with the service & care recieved by the staff and extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgical experience. I have and will continue to recommend his practice to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

Worst experience I have ever had in a medical office. The front staff is forgetful, and does not follow up. Alyson who schedules the surgeries for Dr Donnelly definitely overbooks him. They just want to collect the insurance money and whatever deductible you have. They never forgot to take my payment. When I needed the Dr to call me day one post op and day two post op. No one called me. Dr Donnelly did not give clear post op instructions to the PT office or the nurse staff that came to my house. No one knew what to do with me for days after my surgery. It was truly the most frustrating and depressing experience I’ve ever had. I am three weeks post op and getting the best care from the PT office I chose. I will be leaving this office after my March 6th post op appointment. I’d give this no stars if I could.

Samantha is an awesome surgical coordinator, I really appreciate her following up with me weekly. The staff here are great as well. I appreciate the entire staff at Full Circle.
