We have received the best care possible with Dr. Trapaghan for at least 20 years. So glad we found her when we moved here. She's also been the best for my parents which was a great relief to me.

My daughter had a wonderful experience for her 1st eye exam. She said she felt comfortable and safe. The exam was easy, because it was well explained, for a teen to understand.

First visit with Full Spectrum and Dr. Heather. I was impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the entire staff. They respect you and your time by being on time and taking care of details while you wait to be ready for tests. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Heather is the best. She's very thorough with your exam. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Everyone, from front office to exam to picking out frames was excellent.

Each person did such wonderful service. I always like when everyone explained each thing to me. I learned about contacts (new for me at 40 years old). And the training from Kim was on point and high quality.

In addition, the wonderfully smart woman who helped me pick out next frames was amazing.

Looking forward to seeing them in 2 weeks after my contact trial.

Today Dr Madonna saw my 5 year old. She is sometimes difficult for Dr visits, but I have to say the staff and Dr here were amazing. Very thorough exam and so much info! So knowledgeable about my child’s needs for vision. My little one struggles with astigmatism, and the nurse and Dr Madonna we’re so patient and amazing with her. I had outpatient surgery and somehow I could not open my right eye when I woke up. It was the MOST painful experience I have ever had! Dr. Heather's staff booked me on my way home. Dr. Heather was a God send! My cornea had a scratch, by the next day I was able to open my eye without alot of pain! The Staff was so kind and caring! I would TOTALLY recommend Full Spectrum!

This was my first time visiting Dr. Heather and the Full Spectrum Family Vision Care Staff. Both were friendly and professional. The office was beautiful and clean. Dr Heather was very thorough and I appreciated all of the details she provided based on what she saw in the eye pictures and having my eyes dilated.
