Ken, Susan and Kari were extremely kind, helpful and respectful in all aspects of organising my brother in law's funeral. Making such a sad moment bearable and straight forward. I only have praise and thanks to the team for their work and help. Thank you for everything, you are all very much appreciated.

Losing a loved one is very difficult process a family has to go through and the decisions that follow when deciding how to handle things. I was personally traumatized two Saturdays ago when my father passed as I was staying in hospice every day until his last breath and was completely lost when I arrived there. My two brothers and mother were there handling everything and our family is extremely grateful to have had Fuller Metz take care of the arrangements for my father Mickey.

Susan did a very good job not only comforting us and helping guide us through the process as she gave many different options at a very affordable price. The whole staff there including Ken, Kari and Jocelyn have been amazing with everything and I strongly recommend using them if you have a death in your family or know someone needing help.

On a side note, my good friend Maggie lost her brother literally 3 or 4 days prior and she told me about her experience with the funeral home her family used and they were very pushy and overcharged everything. I strongly recommend using Fuller Metz and ask for Susan and team to help.

We used the Fuller Metz Cremation services for my Mom. They were very caring and companionate. I did not know there was so much paperwork involved, they made it go by quickly and easily. The hardest part was picking the right Urn for her there were so many to choose from, Thank You

My Mother and Father had made their own arrangements years before. I carried a card in my wallet to call on their passing. I’m so glad they did that. All I had to do was go to their office and sign some paperwork. I would highly recommend that to everyone.

During such a difficult time in our family, we turned to Fuller Metz for help with my dad. Ken Luff was our contact during this time. He was so comforting throughout the process. He took such great care of my mother, in a protective way. He made sure she was ok through each step. The team at Fuller Metz were amazing, we never felt pressured for anything. Because of our experience, my niece need help with her husband who unexpectedly passed. I reached back out to Ken Luff for help. Within an hour of asking for help, he was already taking care of transportation for my nephew and getting the information to help her. He again was so kind and gracious during this time. He walked her through each step and made sure she didn't have to worry. He along with his colleague Kari, helped my niece with her needs. From helping bring her husband back home with Ken to Kari helping her with the paperwork and death certificates, these two amazing people made this horrible process manageable. Should you ever need help with a death in your family, I highly recommend Fuller Metz but mostly Ken Luff and his colleague Kari. My family is truly thankful for them.

My Bumpa past away not even a year ago. It was certainly a hard time for my family. Fortunately Fuller Metz was there to help the process along. I will never use the service they offer for ordering flowers again. The arrangement we ordered cost $138. The arrangement that was received was an embarrassment.

Just wanted to take this time to thank Kenneth and the rest of the staff for all their help with the burial/services of my grandmother. It is good to know that during such a sad time there are many people that help and make things easier. Kenneth from start to finish was a real gentleman and had some good ideas during this trying time. He was charming and also very funny which helped us bring a little bit of ease to ourselves. I have moved to Florida very recently. And have decided to move my funeral requests here as well.
