Fun Spot America Theme Parks reviews
16 In the past it deserved 5 stars. Went yesterday and it was a joke! Ride after ride was closed or no attendant. The large roller coaster, Freedom Flyer, was down without notice before we got the wristbands. I tried talking to several staff and called customer service but it was a bunch of nonsense. They all said they only had 2 rides down! Except for one employee who laughed and said the roller coaster has been down for many days. They had plenty of employees just walking around doing nothing. They just looked at my kids standing in line waiting for a ride with no attendant and walked past not saying a word. Post Covid this establishment is NOT HUGE on fun just your wallet!
List of rides not available during our visit. They may have opened after as it seemed workers were sporadically open and shutting down rides.
Freedom Flyer
Enterprise
Liberty Swings were open then closed
Funhouse
Headrush 360
Fun Slide due to weather. Maybe too much sunshine?
Happy Swing
Frog Hopper
I didn’t visit the back of the park to see what else was closed.
I did not take any pictures during this visit. We came super late! Like, the end of the night, late. We planned to just walk around with the children so they can enjoy some fresh air, the smell of food cooking and screaming people on the rides!
We didn't pay for any tickets. As I said, we just wanted a nice, safe place to walk at night.
Great place for the kiddos, food was surprisingly good. Since it’s all outdoor your best bet is to go in late October-March otherwise it’s too hot.
Our Dealership chose Funspot for a special employee party. The party was an absolute blast. The employees and their families had a great time there. Funspot is spacious and has so many different things to do. Go carts were a huge hit! The roller coasters were awesome! We all had an amazing time. The staff seemed to enjoy working there as u do not get that to often when you go into a location.
When Staff members are treated well they will in turn treat the guests with great customer service.
7/12/2023, it’s fun for about 2 hours but the park gets busy fast. Even if you buy the all day pass, be prepared to spend money on the rides and attractions that are “conveniently “ not in the pass (bull ride). Maybe I’m cheap but I also thought the prices were WAY to high! Spent $300 on four wrist bands. Never again.
Not much for reviews but I had to share this one about a experience I was surprised about here me and my four kids went to the Orlando location. I must say the ride attendant Adrian was amazing he was patient with my kids and even made me feel better about my time there (didn't even feel that way with Disney) I will definitely come back asap with more of my family as long as there are people like him there good job Funspot your employees are extraordinary wonderful.
Fun Spot is a Great name for it. Basically a carnival that doesn't change location. We had fun though. And prices are pretty much worth it. It's a must do at least once.
Had a good time with the family just wish both roller coaster where operational but loved the go garts.
First time visiting this place. The prices for each small kiddie ride was $7 dollars and bigger ones $12 or wristband $65 for all day but they don't have much to last there all day. Some of the rides were not open, not sure of the reason. If you wanna see the gators they charge $6 even if your not feeding them. The staff on the rides were great.
The only employee we had a problem with was the girl that worked the front store in the entrance we asked for prices and instead of responding all she did was roll her eyes and ignore us she was the only one with a problem. Would I come back?
For the cost of general admission tickets, I expected A LOT more.
This place leaves a lot to be desired. Aside from the $8 cup of DIRTY dip'n dots, the abrasive employee being rude af when I made him aware, and getting STUCK on the FireCracker for 20+ minutes, the go carts were the highlight of the experience. I don't feel we got anywhere close to our money's worth.
I am grateful for the free splash pad. I spent about an hour there with my children, took a break to eat lunch and got ice cream and then went back. It isn't too large or too small. I can see the kids from anywhere on the pad. We will visit as much as we can during the summer.
Attractions was so amazing
This is the first destination for anyone one here
But the only comment on it
Is that the attractions stuff are racist and rude with white people specifically
This place has some of the best rides at the most affordable prices. The good thing is unlike other parks in Orlando the wait time is very minimal and this allowed me to go for a few rides multiple times. Below are the rides I enjoyed the most in order of my preference.
1. White lightning
2. Headrush 360
3. Hot swing
4. Freedom Flyer
Scariest ride: sky coaster
Sky coaster fee is in addition to the park fee. It is around 10$.
The place was a lot of fun. You can ride everything with little wait and I love the go carts. However, it is far too expensive. The main, signature roller coaster was broken down and one of the tracks went down as we waited, but all the other rides were great. I'd go again.with discount tickets.
I visited with my children. This place is fun & exciting for children. It has lots to do for about 4 to 5 hours. However my low ratings is based off of the customer service. The young staff is very kind. Customer service can make or break a company and this time coprete is the manager. She was very ragid and condescending while explaining the pricing to me & attempting to upsell us. No one deserves disrespect especially from an employee of an established that thrives on tourism.
We were unlucky. It started raining. The prices are stung. I didn't like the way they search the bags. It was only there that I encountered this loose way of opening personal items and I don't think that a proper check is done that way.
