We have had nothing but problems with a refrigerator purchased through Fuse. The fridge has literally not worked since we bought it. We have contacted Fuse on several occassions and they have yet to be able to fix the appliance and refuse to switch it out for a new one. The customer service is atrocious, the lack of communication and lack of care after the product sale is beyond pathetic. I will never purchase anything else from Fuse and I highly recommend for others to reconsider using them in the future.

Sales was great, bought 7 appliances. However I have needed two appliances repaired under warranty and service was a nightmare. After the sale, no one is helpful or responsive. Disappointed.
