FUSHIMI GRILL & MODERN BUFFET, Jacksonville FL

This is easily some of the best buffet I’ve ever had. Seafood selection was solid.

Oysters are a thing for me, I’d rate theirs a 7/10. Out of season, so expected. But available still.

They had these awesome sweet grapes I basically had for dessert.

Couple cake style desserts that were tasty too.

Everything was great, it was our first time going and we went at 8: 30 with them closing at 10.food wS fresh and the service was great. Sushi, hibachi seafood (w/crab legs) along with a nice variety of other foods. I recommend this place. Thank you Fushimi team.

When we walked in the Atmosphere itself was nice, but the food was below bottom tier. I feel I have to leave a review because of how bad the food was. Unfortunately, it was worse than your everyday take-out Chinese food. They have maybe 4 buffet tables but I personally wasn't keen to much of any of it. My boyfriend and I grab one plate, spin the food out, tried to leave, but had to pay for at least one person before we could leave. Would not recommend this place to anyone. While trying to leave we felt so awkward, we usually find delicious food no matter where we go, but this was just a horrible experience. Please do better, for yourself, for your business and for your customers.

Our first time at Fushimi Grill. It will not be our last. Food is very good and plenty of it.

I’m truly impressed with this buffet experience, as I’m not a fan of buffets.

The food was old. Over stirred, over heated, old food. The waitress gave us the bill and rushed us after one plate. Then the ambiance left and overhead lights came on. Most of all the food wasn't good. It's $16 for lunch buffet and $3 for a tea.

The food and atmosphere are good, with a couple of issues, the wait staff keep coming to the table to speak with with us, we don't care for this we are there to enjoy the food also we ate there one weekend, which is double the price we understand that but someone added an additional $10 to the check which coat us over $65, we did not leave a $10 tip, we found this while going through our credit card billing.

Atmosphere and service was top notch! Love how open it really is inside. The seafood was a little on the meh side, but the rest of the Buffet was amazing! I give it a strong 4/5

Will give more stars when the price matches the quality of food, staff could use a personality. Will not waste anymore money here. Food was ok at best but expect $40 per person

Considering that this was our first buffet (besides on a cruise ship) in a really long time, it was a quick reminder why we quit going to them.

Average food and over-priced; just because they had steamed crabs: which we didn't even eat any of!

The first week it had reopened with the new concept was exceptional however after trying this place after 4 times I have given up on giving them a chance to return.

The food that doesn't get eaten from the buffet just sits there stone cold & dry, we are paying a high amount for poor quality.
Management have a sign reminding customers they will charge for food wasted i.e not eaten.
I had to bring it to the waitresses attention that the food that's on my plate is stone cold & stale & I hope I won't be charged, she promised I wouldn't.

On two other occasions I have brought it to the managers attention, advising that if he doesn't manage the buffet stations in making sure the food is at the right temperature or rotated he will have a few problems on his hands. One, being food poisoning, two, food wasted and three upset customers which will result to loss of business.

I do not recommend this place at all, especially for the price.

First time here was referred by a friend. Left there stuffed. Food was good. Will def be back

Honestly, I had to leave because they didn't have hot pot, which is why we went. They were very nice about it.

Not a tasty food and very expensive for a buffet. We came in for dinner and the food was cold, I'm assuming it's because it's Wednesday and there were not a lot of people. The sushi tasted like they were sitting out for a while. I saw this place on one of the Jax food blog IG pages, and they made it look so good. I guess don't believe what you see on the internet. Wouldn't recommend this place.
