Chef Amir of Fuzeion Catering provided a fabulous array of really, really, the most delicious pass-around treats I have ever had. We were at a friend’s 60th birthday celebration in Hollywood, FL last night, and Fuzeion was the perfect provider. Just excellent in every respect. Hope we can book him up here in Delray Beach soon!

My husband and a group of his friends came to Miami to celebrate his 52nd birthday and Chef Amir did his thang. The food and presentation was excellent. He was so professional and interacted great with our guest. If we are ever in Miami again, we will definitely be booking him.

Our experience with Chef Amir was amazing. We used Fuzeion Catering for a 14 person bachelor party. The menu and event was planned with two easy phone calls. The dinner itself was amazing. It was some of the best food I have ever eaten. And the overall experience provided by Chef Amir and his team was unmatched. I will recommend Fuzeion Catering to anyone!

Wow, just had the most amazing meal from this private chef! The lamb chops were out of this world, so juicy and flavorful. And don't even get me started on those truffle mashed potatoes - they were like a gourmet dream! If you're looking for a top-notch chef to blow your taste buds away, look no further. Fuzeion catered our wedding! Best decision ever. Our guests are still raving about the food, 8 months later! They were professional and listened to our every need. Amir, the owner is funny and enjoys making his customers happy. They also took care of our silverware and cups! I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

I love the coconut waffles, the fried corn the truffle potatoes and sausage skewers. All the food is so good and the mimosas are perfect. Thank you chef for the yummy food.

I really HATE onions, but chef made me try the foods with onions and it was AMAZING! Everything he created was like gold. My very favorite a simple dish to you but so yummy were the rosemary potatoes with truffle oil. The sausage, and my first time having a lobster roll.yummmmm. 2 thumbs up Chef! Oh wait the corn Ensenada was very good too. Everything.

This was my first dining experience with a personal Chef and Chef Amir exceeded my expectations. I went in ready for great taste and texture of the food and on top of receiving that, I was hit with appetite opening smells and a four-star presentation. There were many dishes to taste from, but the four that stood out for dinner and breakfast was the Ahi Tartare Hord oeuvre, Rib Eye, Spanish Omelette and Rosemary Potatoes. The Ahi Tartare caught me off guard with the burst of flavors, I may have eaten half of what was served. The Rib Eye was tender and seasoned just right, I tried to eat more, but it went fast. The Spanish Omelette was filled with many great breakfast foods that blended well and paired just right with the Rosemary Potatoes. Chef Amir on both days, was well groomed, dressed as a professional chef and marveled our family with his culinary expertise. I would highly recommend Chef Amir for your next event.

I cannot recommend Amir / Fuzeion catering enough! They catered for a pool party we had and the food exceeded our expectations, both taste and presentation. We received so many compliments. Not to mention him and his servers were extremely professional. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring him again!

Amir was recommended to me by the yacht charter service I used. I called Amir to discuss a preference list and was impressed by his suggestions for my yacht party. I wanted a variety of tapas and appetizers. The flavors and the presentation of the dishes were delightful. I highly recommend Amir's culinary talents. Bravo, Amir!

Our brunch prepared by Chef Amir was amazing! It was such a great selection of a variety of different foods. Every dish was fantastic! From the setting of the table to the final clean-up, everything was handled perfectly! It's obvious Chef Amir thoroughly enjoys what he does and the people he cooks for! Where do I start. The food is beyond amazing and packed with an array of flavor! Chef Amir and his staff were very professional and a joy to do business with, service and presentation was the best I've received from private in home dining. We dined on Shrimp & Grits Coconut Rum Belgian Waffles Hanger Steak Avocado Toast with some sides of Poblano Corn Hash Soft Scramble Applewood Bacon and Mimosas to set my Birthday Brunch off right. If I could give Chef Amir 20 **** I would he's AWESOME! I plan on using his services again in the future. Thanks again for making my Birthday so Special for me and my Girlfriends =)

Food was amazing. All the flavors fuzed together perfectly for your palate. Presentation was enticing and service was impeccable. Overall, my girlfriends and I enjoyed the food. One of the best brunch I have ever had.

BEYOND AMAZING! The flavorful food prepared and beautifully presented by Chef Amir for our private brunch was THE best meal that I had during my entire stay in Key West. We had an array of dishes, from Coconut Rum Belgian Waffles, Hanger Steak, Shrimp and Grits with equally delicious sides of Poblano Corn Hash and Carribbean Fruit Parfait.
