Variety Store FYE reviews
28I love all of the items that they have the prices are very reasonable and the sales clerk is always there to help
It's the best place to get dvd and blue-rays and other things to get it's the best store to shop at.
The movie section is awesome! While there were a few I didn't find, they jad some of the more obscure movoes like Monty Python, which is almost impossible to find.
I remember going here years ago just for albums and DVDs. I wondered what in the world and FYE it's doing in the mall and what they would be selling. I was pleasantly surprised to see that much like GameStop, they now sell a lot of popular toys and items based off of popular shows, trends, and anime.an example is the largest retail collection of Rick and Morty swag that I ever seen.
A smaller DVD selection than previous, but understandable with streaming services. Nice remodel and a pleasant staff willing to help.
Would benefit from having more cashiers. There were several people on the floor, one cashier, way too long of a wait to check out.
I used to visit the one at Florida mall, got sad when they closed it.but finding the one in Altamonte springs mall made my day! Love the place for geeky stuff
Never, ever use your credit or debit card. They sign you up for the FYE backstage pass, which is 11.99 a month automatically charged to your card, without even telling you or asking you. Canceling it is a pain and getting your money back is impossible. The cashiers apparently are rated on performance by how many people sign up, so instead of legitimately asking customers they just sign them up. I complained to the company and am hoping they pull the camera and someone gets fired for this.
