Elevated gym energy heated power vinyasa yoga classes. $28 drop in fee for both the 45- minute and one hour class formats. Clear cuing with some attention to breathwork. Instructor provided cool towels for savasana. Clean studio within the gym facility.

The trainers and classes at FYT are second to none! I love the community and atmosphere every time I walk in their doors. Great equipment, clean gym space, awesome vibes! Thanks for always making me sweat my tail off.
