FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers reviews
8Hello. I saw Jason R for OT regarding my broken wrist rehab. He is knowledgeable, gentle, understanding and thorough! Reservation system is excellent. Insurance taken, low copay. I highly recommend him and the staff at Fyzical
Had a great physical therapist but their front office is horrible.they have no clue dealing with insurance companies.they would rather just charge you.
I have been to a couple of PT places. Although I do not get the same person each time they have a record on me and provide a consistent level of care. They do work on a couple of patients at a time but are always keeping an eye out. I too once got the 'student' who I liked very much as he was able to answer my questions. My only 'issue' is scheduling an appointment. They are very busy and getting a time slot can be challenging. All in all a very good place to rehab my achilles.
This was the worst place ever. Therapists were spread extremely thin. They’re handling too many people at once, and I’m not even sure if they were licensed. When I asked why, I was doing a particular exercise, they could not give me an answer. The pain was increasing because they were giving me the wrong therapies. I went to a private Practice and was given a different therapy which helped immediately. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.
Very disappointing. I was not told that my visit was an evaluation. I’m thought a consultation. The therapist spent maybe 20 minutes with me, gave me a paper with exercises and told me to stand on bubble wrap. I had one other appointment scheduled but had to reschedule due to a work related issue. No call back. I just got a bill for $135.70. I called and th ey refused to write off a wasted time. I told them that they should’ve told me up front about the charges.
Recently started physical therapy for golfer's elbow and extremely happy. Josh has done a great job explaining the excercises and how each will help my condition. He also gave me some strengthening excercises to do at home which have been very helpful.
I am so grateful to the staff at Fyzical. Everyone is so professional and friendly. The knowledgeable and experienced staff helped me get through some very painful days. Thank you all for your healing touch.
I just had a reverse total shoulder replacement on my left side which is my dominant side. I am only 64 but had 2 recent falls which caused a compound fracture of my humerus. I never thought physical therapy helped or was real. My therapist, Jen Klein, is the most amazing person that has that special "something" that makes her job an art form. She has been working with me slowly building my strength back from my back muscles to shoulder. She is a magician with deep tissue massage as well and getting my range of motion in check. Every single person there is always kind and professional. Josh is the director and makes a point of talking to each patient and walking around engaging with them on their progress. The place is squeaky clean and kept that way by Mike who is always smiling and kind to everyone. I highly recommend Fyzical to anyone needing help after surgery or even just with balance. My experience there so far has been an amazing triumph. Thank you Jen Klein!
