I don't normally write reviews. But I had to write to say how much I appreciate every staff member here. They are nice and will treat you as family. They are professional, quick, and very accommodating. Please use them for all your needs. You won't regret it!

Love this location! You get real conversation and great customer service here. Any questions you have they are happy to help. I appreciate the quick replies and solutions. I will be coming back to this location for my next move.

I've used these folks on 3 different occasions for uhaul rentals. They are always very friendly, can answer all your questions, and they get you taken care of quickly. This facility may not have the curb appeal of others, but they make up for it In how they treat folks.

The staff was friendly and quick to help me. Probably spent only 15 minutes to get my uhaul van.

I am not someone to complain but this needs a review.
My car’s ignition wasn’t working so I called the towing service and they took it to this establishment on a Monday (July 24). James stated my car should be ready by Saturday, I called on Saturday he stated it will take longer because he had to order a new ignition which I completely understood & that it should be cheaper instead of getting one from the dealership he then said it should be ready by Thursday & it should cost me $400. I called on Thursday he then says its not ready that it should be ready by Saturday instead, at this point I felt frustrated because there’s no way it should take this long to replace the ignition, I told James that wasn’t okay to just keep pushing the days he then says if I want I can come pick my car up, which its messed up knowing I can’t even drive the car. Then he says he will do his best to have it ready by Friday. At this point I was frustrated and I called a locksmith company and they said they can fix today. They had to come this establishment and fix it at the property, they fixed under 1 hour… James then got very unprofessional asking me to pay $100 in cash for the work he did for the past week.which I stated I only had debit or credit he kept saying cash only I didn’t have a problem paying James the $100 but he wanted to make things more complicated and only wanted cash. I paid the locksmith company $185 to fix my car under an hour and James wanted $400 and take more than 1 week? Greedy and unprofessional.

The worst costumer service ever. Couldn’t even get to speak to the person over the phone he was so rude!

This place is a ten out of ten! I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I entered the business. The entire staff was helpful and friendly.
I made a reservation online and the there was not one issue from start to finish! Pricing was reasonable as well.

I did business with these guys even before they started doing uhauls. Nice couple. Good business.

ZERO stars > Worst service ever renting a U-Haul van/truck.
Had my reservation confirmation to pick up my rental at G&M Auto Sales and I get to there to pick it up and the representative rudely and carelessly tell me they don’t have my truck, they don’t have any availability, and they can’t do anything to help me.
1. They had my contact information and still didn’t bother to give me a call to let me know ahead of time that they didn’t have it so I wouldn’t waist more of my time driving 30 min to their location.
2. On top of not having the reserved truck they also don’t have customer service skills. The woman was rude and not empathetic with the sitúa whatsoever.

Best Uhaul rental ever. The ladies in the office made everything so easy from start to finish. Even made my day with a lovely compliment!

Great place to rent a Uhaul! 10/10 recommend. Treilise & Keith were very helpful and friendly.

Rented Uhaul once again today for a short trip. Very professional check in and very polite. Great place to rent Uhaul from.

Very bad attitude, super rude, snarky.
And to top it off they lie on the reviews to try to save face after their rude behavior.
