I love living here! The atmosphere feels welcome and it's a beautiful setting. Everything is new. I'm only a few miles from the beach, and I can easily drive to any store I could want, it's in a convenient location. The apartment is cozy and nice, and the people are helpful and friendly. I feel safe and at home here.

At first I thought wow pretty nice but what's it gonna cost. After doing the math I realized I can bail on my gym club membership and also get free WiFi. When I counted in the free first months rent special spread out over the year, my monthly savings with gym, internet, and free month added up to savings of $230 a month. Way better than my old place would have cost me. Plus it's brand new, germ free. Moving in this weekend.

Looks really outstanding and a very good place to live, my boyfriend and i would love looking into this more if only the price wasn’t so high and have it more cheaper and affordable!

Ok i visually checked out this complex. It is beautiful looking! But let's be realistic! It is located behind a delerlict almost empty mall. There is no department store except for a clearance center for Dillards. There is not a variety of shops in the mall either. A shoe store, 2 jewlery stores, a dollar store inside, a cell phone repair store, tj maxx (which is relocating to another location south of here), a couple off brand clothing stores, a comic book store, best buy (which will probably be relocating also), a cheesesteak place constituting the only food place in the mall, an aunt annies that was closed up at 2pm today so not sure whats up with that, and an acuppessure shop. The nearest places to eat are a panera and bob evans. The grocery store consist of a walmart and save a lot along this strip of over developed and blighted 19. They are absolutely false advertising!
Oh and the park next to it really does not have gulf access like you think. Unless you have or rent a kayak or canoe! The prices are trinity or wesley chapel prices in a not that type of area. Be forewarned!

Love the idea of the now view and location but the rents and buildings for housing are going up so fast and Out of Price Range for most. Good luck today getting tennants. Orange Lake apts.and the Landings on Main Street are all trying to rent st the same population. Pasco is not a rich community as you want to make it. Good Luck investors.
