I’ve been taking my kids to this location since they were small. My son is in pain because he has a cavity that requires a root canal so he was referred to a specialist to resolve that. Problem is the specialist and various other specialists that I called won’t take my son because he is 12 and they only take kids 14 and up. So I call their dentist which they’ve seen since they were small and I explain the situation to the lady and she tells me that’s not their problem that nobody takes my son and that’s he’s in pain and I have to figure it out and hangs up on me. Really unprofessional and doesn’t matter if you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t respond to a patient like that especially regarding a kid. My kids will no longer come to this location because it’s obvious they don’t really care about patients, and the lady that told me that was really rude and shouldn’t be working with kids.
