Horrible place.i regret ever living there.nothing works, you cannot call anyone without being retouted to a hotline.it is a disaster.the leasing office is terrible, totally unresponsive and they dont care.
I had the pleasure of working with Belma as my leasing agent. She is very accommodating and professional. My move in went very smoothly, thanks to her prompt assistance in taking care of everything that was needed. I’m very thankful for her services!
I have been working with Belma since my first building tour and she is amazing. Belma is very professional and she is always willing to help. She was on top of all my needs to assure a happy and safe movie-in. The building is beautiful and all employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I love the 24/7 security service. Maintenance team has a fast response to any request.
I toured with Ryan & had a great time. He is so well spoken & went the extra step to make sure my experience was a pleasant one. GP is lucky to have an employee like Ryan working for them!

I had some minor repairs that needed to be done after I moved here and I was extremely pleased with Gaby the service manger. Very professional and skilled and he was able to fix all of the problems almost instantly. Thank you Gaby!
Gabby the maintainance manger is awesome! My AC was broken I called and 5 min later he was at the door, it took almost 2 hours to fix the problem because of a broken part, but he made it happen, trust me you dont want to go a day without ac in miami, Gabby is super quick, and a great guy, he would not accept a tip, not even a soda for the work, thats why Im so impressed and pleased with his work, if you read this gabby thank you so so much!
Gaby the Assistant Maintenance Manager quickly repaired my issue in a courteous and professional manner.
I truly enjoy living here! Everyone at the leasing office is super nice. I had a maintenance request and the gentleman who fixed the issues, Gaby, was extremely efficient and quick. I'm very satisfied with his service.
Great apartment, however, there are some things to consider:
Cons:
- No lights in the room, so you're going to have to spend a good amount of money on lighting.
- Reception Service (meh, depends who is there. Not too good. I have had several issues with the water pressure for my sink and shower being low, telling the people about it, and them never coming up to check it out. There's barely any water coming out, it's seriously bad. Also, the vents have not been cleaned since this building was built, so make sure you check that out as well. The filters were egregiously dirty.)
- Elevator (it's painfully bad. They need to update the software and honestly remodel the whole thing as this elevator is just not built correctly. It's very very slow, and it doesn't calculate correctly what floors to go to first, sometimes, it will skip your floor, and unfortunately there are only two at my building. If they were built much better, I really wouldn't be complaining.
- Lack of Proper maintenance in the building. The people selling you the place, sell you that it's magnificent, but it's really not. Maintenance is terrible. I don't blame janitors, I blame the management, because it's very clear they don't want to spend money enhancing the living conditions for people at the building.
- Gym:
-Smith Machine, no free weight Bars (means the barbell is glued to the machine, and this one is terrible, it doesn't go all the way down so it's only really good for squatting. You might as well buy a membership for a gym somewhere else If you're trying to bench press.)
-Missing Dumbbells (there needs to be notices sent to people who don't put back the weights and stuff. It's abhorrent how a lot of people will use the dumbbells or take them back to their rooms and then you have missing dumbbells and such)
Some recommendations:
- I'd allow the residents to utilize their phones to open the doors (induction, same way we charge our phones with the Qi Charging) or when accessing the elevator as a secondary option instead of having to manually type in the key code to access the building. It saves a lot of time. We used to have key fobs, but now, it's basically all passcoded.
Summary:
I know it's hard, I had to give some tough love for people considering moving here as these are essential things you should know day one that they will not tell you. Overall, great view depending which side of the building you're on, very nice spaces, rooms could be a little better, but for the price it's okay. If there are more suggestions, I'll gladly add them to the list. For now, thanks for reading, and best of luck!

Gaby Fertilien is amazing! He was very helpful and effective with his service by coming and quickly repairing the kitchen lamp.
Rafael is so kind and friendly! He always fixes our maintenance requests right away and does a wonderful job!
Gaby, Assistant Service Manager, is awesome. He recently went the extra step to help resolve a mechanical issue and it was resolved immediately. He is always a gentleman, willing to help and works in a time sensitive manner. Gables Ponce is fortunate to have him as a member of their team!
Gaby Fertilien (Assistant Service Manager) is awesome, very nice and helped me out when I had a problem at my unit. I really appreciate him.
Gaby is always there to help me out with any maintenance issues we have with a smile on his face, he’s the best
Gaby is a first class guy who will do whatever it takes to fix or resolve your household issues.
He is kind, polite and very consistent and i without hesitation recommend unconditionally.

Gables Ponce is an awesome rental building.
My wife and I had a tour of the building by Ms. Indira Puente.
Ms. Puente was incredibly Nice Respectful and knowledgeable about her product. She informed us of every detail and had an answer all our questions. We highly recommend the building and praise Gables Ponce for having such a qualified person greeting strangers that 30 minutes later made us feel very comfortable.
