Its a pleasure to have a visit with Dr. Galan. He's kind, funny and interested in the patient's life not just their feet. He's successfully addressed this getting older girl's issues so I can still do the things that matter with mobility. My advice is don't wait until your issue is excruciating! Buy the best shoes and do the stretches!

The doctor is great. It's just that SE Orthopedics has him see too many patients in a short amount of time. By the time I was called into the patient room (almost an hour from my appt time). My public transportation was to pick me up within 10 minutes of when the doctor came in the room. I'm grateful I had my lymphodema specialist take pics of my wound. So we didn't need to take the compression dressings off my lower extremity and put the dressings back on. Dr Galan looking at the pics knew I need to be referred to his wound care clinic.

The frist Dr I saw at southeast Dr I saw at the clinic had told me I had no arthritis in my feet. I saw a different Dr there month or so later that told me a few of my toes had arthritis?
Nice people there, but not sure I was getting the right story each time.

Really personable and I walked away with a clear understanding of what I was dealing with, and what my options were. He had a way of explaining things that made it easy to grasp. I also didn’t feel rushed.

I instantly felt I was in good hands with Dr. Galan. He does remarkable work, he is detailed in explaining every step and nuance of the process. His staff was also amazing!

I had surgery on my right foot for two hammer toes last year with Dr. Galan. I was very satisfied with the results. Additionally, Dr has been treating my left foot with cortisone injections due to an area that is bone on bone. Surgery is eminent. I have complete confidence in Dr. Galan that it will result with a successful outcome. He takes plenty of time answering all my questions.

Dr. Galan was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to others. The only negative is the office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, and his assistant greeted us with a miserable expression and a robotic personality. This was probably the worst office staff I've ever seen. This was the Ponte Vedra location as there are several locations. Did not see a smile on any employees face other than Dr. Galan!

Dr. Galan did an excellent job with my foot surgery. (bunyon and hammer toe) This re-check was for 3 months since surgery. I'm doing great. He is positive & very pleasant. He released me from any restricitons.

Dr Galan has great dedications to his patients. He gave precise instructions to patients on how to care and heal the operated foot.

Dr Galan is open to discuss any questions I have and always LISTENS to me. This gives me complete comfort and trust that he will always give me the best care possible. I have been a surgical patient of his within the past year and was 100% satisfied with the results and open communication he provided.

Very detailed in plan of care. Listens to concerns. Professional and exhibits a gentle demeanor
