Very helpful people when I had been at a loss on how to fix my laptop! Would visit again and highly recommend them to those who require aid.

I have been to this shop many times, and no matter what technical questions or problems I have Alex, Austin, and Zack always answer them with the utmost professionalism and knowledge. I recently had my laptop fixed from here. Dropped it off on a Monday, got a text about what needed to be fixed 2 days later, and my computer was ready the following Tuesday. I dropped my 17” laptop, so I couldn’t close it because there was a crack under the screen. It still worked normal but whenever I picked it up the crack got worst. I paid about $180 for new hinges and a new back cover. They cleaned the entire computer as well. I’m very satisfied and I will recommend this place. Very friendly staff. No lines. Definitely could have took it somewhere else for cheaper, but didn’t have the time.

Alex helped us get my son’s tablet fixed and she was amazing! It was a quick fix and I was especially thankful for the free diagnosis. She understood it wouldn’t make sense to pay for a hefty repair if it is similar to the same price as buying a new tablet and I was so grateful for her understanding in this because I was afraid I wouldn’t know the cost until after they did their work and therefore wouldn’t be able to judge if it was worth fixing or not. But instead, it was a free diagnosis. So grateful for their quick service and such kind interaction!

Nothing but positive to say about the location at Krates at The Grove - I took my iPhone there recently for a broken screen replacement. I also had an issue with a stuck sim-card in my iPad. Joe was able to remove the sim card and fixed my broken screen in less than an hour. This will be my go-to place for any gadget repairs moving forward, and I would certainly recommend them for you as well.

I've been looking for a fairly priced and honest gadget repair place. I found out about Gadgets repair from the staff at GameStop when my son's Nintendo Switch died. Not only did they immediately discover the issue but they don't charge a diagnostic fee. So you get to know the issue and the cost before you decide if it's worth fixing. I love that! And the price to repair was extremely affordable! Thank you guys, I will be back with other devices.

I had the worse experience on a telephone conversation when the tech got on the phone, I started to ask him a question & he rudely interrupted me telling me no no we don’t do it & hung up phone never allowing to explain what needed to be done. If he’s or she is treating ppl very rudely one can only image the type of service he or she is really providing when fixing your electronics meaning they don’t handle with care! I’m pretty sure he or she is not certify to fix any electronic so I won’t trust his service! This guy is a fraud don’t take your electronic to them!

I brought my Pokemon Crystal version for the Gameboy in due to a dead battery, and in a week I got it back fully functional! So excited to finally get to relive this piece of history!: 'D

They failed to fix the device and returned it with all of the screws stripped, and one screw missing.

Don't ever take anything to this repair shop. They took advantage of my son a hard-working college student. They did just enough to keep his laptop working for him to get back to school and it stop working again charged him all for $350 and now they're telling him it's something else. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I asked for the owner to call me and the store worker said I don't know when he is available. I hope they know I am a persistent mom and it will not stop here I will continue to post and file complaints until they make this right.

Very Dissatisfied Customer!

Got my screen repaired on 11-5. Called on 12-11 because it stopped responding to touch. I was told they have a 30 day warranty on work and I would most likely have to pay again. How convenient. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Do yourself a favor and somewhere else!

My 10 year old dropped his iPad a few months ago and I had been procrastinating getting it fixed because all the quotes were outrageous or too long. Took it to Gadgets repair on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they had it fixed like new in 3 hours for a very reasonable price! Thanks for making my kiddo a very happy one!

Came here with the intention of getting my DJI Mavic drone controller charging port fixed, but they don’t fo repairs on any sort of controllers. They should probably take the sign off the door that says “if it’s electronic, we can fix it, ” as that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Obviously I cannot give any information on their quality as I was not able to purchase any services from them, I’m sure they’re fine for phone, tablet, and laptop purposes.
