I have been a faithful State Farm customer in GA and FL for well over a decade. Turns out, Gail Williams has dropped the ball with my account. Four months ago, I did not know they placed incorrect information in the system.

They kept overcharging my account with my new vehicle despite the emails and calls. I had to take off autopay and switch agencies because my account was being overdrawn. I am done.

I now have been told my coverage is inactive and will make another call to corporate Monday.

I called State Farm at the suggestion of my son. Dawn helped me out with a multi-line policy. She was knowledgeable and honest - and she helped lower my insurance rates Very positive interaction. Highly recommend!
