5The man who runs this funeral home is very sweet. He makes sure everything is to your liking and very compassionate about his work. He talks and walks you through everything and doesn’t rush your process. He makes sure you knows your family member is in good hands and very well taken care of.
Gainer Pollard Memorial Funeral Home was very professional in doing business, they treated me with the upmost respect and made the whole process and experience easy.
I called about pricing, and first of all let me say that the lady that assisted with the information was very helpful and respectful. She then directed me to the website which was very resourceful! I was able to print the information I needed directly from the site. She assured me that if I had any question or concerns I could reach out and of course I would be assisted with 24hrs. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone if they asked, "who should I go to? " Also, they are the ONLY AFRICAN-AMERICAN OWNED funeral home in the area.
No one wants to have to say goodbye to a loved one, but the owners made me feel comfortable and made sure the service was beautiful and held with care. I could tell they were thorough in their knowledge and procedures and their many years of experience showed in the care of my loved one. I highly recommend this funeral home.
