Gainesville After Hours Clinic

Just saw the video of the irate patient. I 100% side with Physician in kicking this patient out. The norm in society is to harass healthcare staff to get what they want. Negative, this behavior is not acceptable in any fashion. How would you feel if you went to work just get lectured by a psycho. I 100% side with the physician and that patient is not in the right.

It has been difficult to find a group understanding enough to work with me. I have communication issues in although I am APPEARING functional in hearing/vision. I am totally lacking and very lonely. THANK GOD for them, for otherwise many assumed to be my own rudeness and/or lack of sensitivity has always been a complete and utter disconnect in the processing department. I hope they find success and happiness for many years to come!

Let me start by saying I don't like most Dr. 's because they are too busy to care about why i am actually there. NOT this place. Dr. Raulerson and really the entire staff, have been an absolute pleasure to work with and really spend time with you and truly care about their patients. They do not over medicate and actually provide real therapies to help you heal properly instead of masking your pain and pushing you out the door. My daughters and I all come here and it is a pleasure to see how they care for everyone equally no matter their socioeconomic background or what ails them. I LOVE GAINESVILLE AFTER HOURS CLINIC!

Dr. Raulerson and Cindy.and Dr. Robinson are excellent! They listen and truly care. I drive from Lake City to Gainesville.because I don't want to change Drs. My only complaint is the wait.

To the comments about how the staff acts, the inside edition video of the mother and daughter is heavily edited and the police and witness reports are online stating the mother abused and threatened staff for an hour and a half. She wasn’t severely ill or she wouldn’t have been able to keep berating staff. This is a great clinic and you shouldn’t believe every video you see online without facts.

Shows they are open till noon arrived at 11 two cars in parking lot, but doors are locked no closed sign placed out yet. See lights on in building but I guess they just wanted to close early.

The people at this office actually care! Cindy & Dr. Raulerson are very kind and considerate. Their staff is very sweet and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. This is my primary doctor and I couldn’t be happier.

Called three times. They hung up on me the first two times and the last time the woman answered and was very rude. Said they weren't accepting walk-ins and that i would have to come in tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

I have always gotten great care here from Dr. Odom. If you are looking for a good primary care physician this is a good place to go. The only criticism I have is that it can sometimes be tough to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment, other than that minor inconvenience I've never had a problem here.

I recommend this clinic. I've been going here for several years and have always received excellent care. The doctor I see is first rate and the staff is caring and friendly. While appointments are recommended, walk ins are regularly taken in.

Dr. G and his staff are all fantastic. I have been a patient for four years and never once had a complaint.

Very good total care. Fast, effective and even open on weekends. Good job. Keep doing good work.

This experience was horrible.n staff are very unorganized n have a nasty attitude.office manager would not give name of a very un professional employee as there was something to hide i was hung up on 3times n was told I was being put on hold.service billed to insurance was not all that was done day of visit. Dr should only need to know.u would think the office manager owned this practice.

Unprofessional. Listen, doc, you are not above the law and if you lied to the police about what a patient did it will catch up to you. The five star reviews sound fake and are probably his staff/family covering up for him. His staff might fear being fired and not getting a reference if they try to get another job if they do not support him. How dare Jassie Fresh call the patient a jerk.

Dr Gallogly is a passionate Dr.he cares about the patient, not about the money, or insurance, he LISTENS to what you say. I've searched over 2 years, and finally found the place and the Dr, along with his busy, yet awesome staff, that helps me with any medical problem. KUDOS

I was here last night with my partner and they took her in at the last minute and the folks working could not have been nicer and more caring. We can’t imagine why anyone would have a problem with this clinic!

Terrible and abusive doctor and support staff. Assaulted a minor? ! Doctor should be jailed and shouldn't treat patients anymore.

I've been going to this office four over 7 year's.great staff.best Dr I have ever been to.they help any way possible that is not be on reason.

That doctor rocks. Great job in treating someone who was ridiculous. I hope he gets a raise for sticking up for his staff. Medical people deal with a lot of jerks and Jessica Stipe was one of them. Too many drug seeking pill heads at the clinics and ER's.
