Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat, Fort Myers FL

Took my van in for an issue with an oil leak. My husband advises the technician that the van shakes when going over 70 mph as well to try and help with the diagnosis of the problem. When they called to tell us they diagnosed the oil leak they also said that the tires needed replacing. They stated they were charging two separate diagnosis fees, one for the oil leak and a second to tell us we needed new tires. We clearly knew we needed new tires as they were quite visibly chopped up and at the end of their life. Galeana told us the only way to waive the “bad tire” diagnosis fee was to buy tires from them. When we brought this up to management we were brushed off and simply told that they have a good tire sale going on. We will never bring business to them again. All we can think about is how badly they may rip off off an elderly person who wouldn’t know any better.

New to SW Florida and took my Dodge Durango in for Service. Called 5 different times to get a confirming E mail and after 3 days never did get one! Every time I called customer service said “they don’t know what is going on. ”
Brought my car in at 7: 30 AM and called numerous times to get the status which I could not get as you can not talk to the Service Department.rather you talk with people off site that could not help me as they have to call the Service Department and no one answered all afternoon.
A very bad experience and I will not be back for either service or to purchase a new vehicle in the future.

George the sales man very straight up friendly and attentive. Juan in finance from before we even started amazing but I am very sadden by their get you in the door marketing. I was promised a 100 gift card for doing a test drive as was my partner we had the redemption codes. WE DID the test drives.still have yet to receive our gift cards.kinda get the run around. We did buy the Ram 1500 and har a great sales experience but where are my gift cards? It's what got me in the door?

Do not take your vehicle to these scam artists for service. Brought my Jeep in for a burnt out running light and a broken key fob in addition to an oil leak. They quoted me $352 to replace a light bulb and $368 for a new key fob. My oil leak was covered under warranty. We decided NOT to replace the light bulb and key fob and go else where. Matt the service rep told me that there was a charge of $145 to tell me my light bulb was burn out and ANOTHER $145 to tell me my key fob was broken! Matt and this dealership are a bunch of con artists. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE UNLESS IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. MATT AND HIS CREW ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES.

Bought a new challenger. Worked with Tree and the finance lady. Both were awesome.
Just got windows tinted and a ceramic coat. Amazing total muscle car!

New 300 purchased almost a month ago. I dread buying a new car from a Dealership. The hard sell etc etc. However the sales experience I received was fantastic. Ms. Regina was professional and very real. The sales mgr was as well. The detail on my new car was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Came in with my wife to look at a Cherokee. Shannon immediately jumped in to help us, I was amazed at her knowledge and willingness to do anything for us even though we weren't buying that day. We will go back to her for sure.

Right after the warranty goes and owning my car 21 months, battery and passenger seat belt broke after a near car accident. They wanted $898 for the battery and seat belt. Electrical system is an issue. Both Galeana and Chrysler would not replace at least the battery since it should be under warranty.

Single mom, what if my daughter had been in that seat when the seat belt broke?

Will never by a car from them again. Will go back to Germain Toyota instead.
