Collectibles Store GameStop reviews
25Adam at gamestop was great. He was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. Also reminded us about accessories, games and Nintendo online. All of which we would have left without and not able to play our new console. Thanks Adam!
Selection wasn't that great.stood in the store for 45 minutes just waiting to talk to a cashier.
Best place to get your playstation supplies the workers are really helpfull even if thwy cant help you they find someone who will!
I called the store to see if they had a game in stock. On the phone they said they have the game in stock so I had them put it on hold under my name. Upon arrival the game was not put on hold and the employee could not find the game even though it was in e inventory. I understand things happen but she should have told me on the phone that she did not have my game and that she’d have to find it. I had to drive 40 minutes to the gamestop. It is frustrating and I will not be shopping there again.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I was able to find exactly what my 11 yr old wanted.
Great location near a Chick-fil-A! Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff that are actually Gamers also! Great deals on unique items and great clearance sales.
We called and asked an employee to hold a Funko Pop for us and she did, she even took the extra step to call us back and tell us that she had order a Pop we needed from another store. Thank you.
What is there to say this place is the best. Not only do they have everything you can want for gaming the staff is quite knowledgable and friendly.
Twice now, they have sold me games that do not work. I get that they're used, but really? I took back the first game because it was defective just to be sold another defective game. Why wouldn't they check their stock first? ! And we just renewed our membership! Not doing that again!
Amazing customer service. Very informative told me information I have never known and thanked me for my military service!
This GameStop is always amazing. They take so much care of their customers. They took time to make sure that I was fully taken care of and I've always left with a smile. Will always enjoy visiting this location.
Great customer service. They referred me to a place that had what I was looking for because it was not something they had in stock. Really friendly.
The Gamestop at Boyd Marketplace down the street is a lot better. This location is decent. Not greatly organized and always pretty slow at checkout. Limited on variety and usually stock as well especially on New releases. Staff at this location aren't too personable. Also this location has an issue with online pickup reservations. I've had a couple times where I have reserved an item online that was said to be in stock here and then marked ready for pickup only to go and be told they actually don't have it. They also usually don't have advertised preorder incentives either which can be pretty disappointing.
Found exactly what we were looking for! Great customer service! Long line but that only shows how popular it really is. Sure to be a return trip soon!
In my opinion, this store shouldn't be in the mall if it doesn't have enough room to retail gaming consoles/gaming machines such as Nintendo 64 or Sega.
Could use some help at check out. Too much personal conversations (non business related) that held up the line which was 4 people deep. However, Yvonne was friendly, warm and very helpful, for this reason alone I will go back.
They will most likely have the game you are looking for but the preowned price is maybe 4 to 5 bucks shy of what it would cost new.
Too much change of staff to have a "go to" person for gaming needs. Noticed a change from selling games to now selling more novelty. Is it GameStop or noveltystop?
Not worth going to unless it is the last possible option for picking something up. Yes it may be convenient because it is inside the mall but the customer service you will receive is pretty much on a "Game Over" screen and I wouldn't recommend getting any gift cards from this store, the guy behind the counter didn't know how to work the register properly and had to literally throw away an entire stack of Ebay gift cards and offered a simple apology to the lady buying them and a half an apology to everyone waiting in line. No warranties were offered to anyone.
