Very nice customer service and knowledgeable about what's available at the other stores. It's nice to get someone who can get you first class service.

We are from out of town and wanted to get a game for our son. They were so helpful and patient with us. Awesome customer service!

The store is good but its the manager Tracey that makes me give this gamestop 2 stars he is a smart mouth and rude to me almost every time I go in there thats why I go to the gamestop in rivercity now they are polite and don't act like that towards me

I always go to this Game Stop because the CS Reps are very good at what they do. They can answer any questions related to any and all products for the industry involved! If you have any issue they will help solve it as best as they can!

1 of my favorite places to take my 8 yr old but I tell you Idc how much cash I have on me when I walk in I still walk out broke lol.
I just wish I could get better discounts especially now that this pandemic is going on and everyone is home.

Called to see if they had an item available in store. They did not have it but they did offer to order it online.

My son just turned 16 and went here for new games for his PS5 system he got for his birthday. Did not have many games to choose from but was told PS4 games can be played on the PS5 so that was good. He is happy with his games!

Talked to associate on phone she had an attitude and was overall extremely rude and I for one will never show at GameStop again! Also had to call 3 times for someone to pick up.

I visited this place to trade in some games and to get another controller and for my system. And the white guy that was working there was acting like he didn't want to help me at all with my simple questions I had. I wish I got his name. He was very rude and unhelpful. I literally walked out and took my business to another location.

Always clean, employees are super friendly, and everyone I've seen working here wears their mask correctly.

Always love gamestop. This one does as good a job as they can. Only real problem for them might be the location. That's not got anything to do with gamestop really. Just a sketchy location.

The guy who apparently runs the store is very rude. I only assume he's a manager because a regular employee at a chain struggling like GameStop would have been long fired.

You would think GameStop would avoid having people like this running their store.

Everytime I come here, I come put empty handed. Gamestop never has new games in stock on release day apparently.

Excellent service and I was very happy with my purchase. The Games Specialist was knowledgeable and helpful. I renewed my membership and will be using this location now on.

Very disappointed, customer service was the worst, I would never recommend anyone to this game stop.

Is were I get most of my games from always have good service and sales can swap old games for new games but has a bad smell due to the restaurant next to it

My kids love everything in there I try hard to come onice mo. But they go every week the staff or very friendly take time out to help you at all times 2

Tracey (hefty dude) what ever ur last name is first, when people are asking you question about a game dont be rude to them its your job to assist people with there question says so on your front door. Second, your damn floors are nastier then the ground outside. Instead of making rude comments to people how about you clean your store. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.

Nice lady with pink hair she was very helpful. But it stinks inside i don't know what that smell is but spray something or let some fresh air in whew. I had to leave quick I couldn't take the smell any longer i don't see how they work in there.
