Collectibles Store GameStop reviews
17I just went there, 3 p.m. On a Sunday. And there's a note on the door that they are closed for an hour.
Found these two monster hits buying 10 single packs 2 days in a row. This gamestop is blessed or sm
The associate Will made our visit today extra special. He was so generous and kind. He has amazing knowledge of different games for different systems. He is a great representation of how you want your retail experience to go when you go to a local store. We will definitely tell all our friends and family to shop at this location because of the best service we have received today. AAAAA+ keep up the great attitude! You are awesome!
Never thought Id hear this. To make a purchase of the new scarlet and violet console and pre order the games thats a little over 550$, they HAVE to sell me a membership. What? I dont want your membership and If i can't shop there without it I just won't shop there
Went to trade in a switch, said i needed basically everything that came with it, even though the website says otherwise.don't go here, better off selling it on ebay, or a facebook thing.
Great customer service! Robert did a awesome job and I appreciate his help through the exchange process; also he was the only employee working behind the counter and he did a great job multitasking.
Bought a Nintendo switch this morning and the guy helping me had a huge attitude like he didn’t want to be there. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location ever again. I would have bought more if he was actually polite and willing to talk to the customer.
They were very nice just wish the clearance section was set up better so i could look through it that is why it's four star instead of five
Wonderful staff! James was so thorough and helpful he helped us find a consul as well as gave me some tips on different games to get. Was so very informative and now I know if I have any questions I will be back at this game stop because of him thanks James!
Extremely friendly behavior answered all of my questions.didn't mind going to look in the system for things and I mean I asked a lot of questions and I was a bit obnoxious
But not once did they seem irritated and when I was obviously getting insecure about my overactiveness they completely shut down any nervousness I had and told me I was completely okay and made me feel at home and welcome it was too young gentlemen that we're working there when I went.outstanding customer service
Best GameStop in Pinellas County! Zach went out of his way to get a game for me from an out of state store in time for Christmas. James spends time making sure we get the right games for my son and spent SO much time making sure I got the best headphones for our situation. Dynamic Duo of GameStops!
We finally found a PS5 bundle under a 1K at GameStop and the salesmen were very knowledgeable, really friendly and great experience.
Zack is amazing! His store.amazing. He takes customer service seriously and handles everything very professionally. He goes above and beyond helping customers in the store and on the phone.
His team follows that same example and standard. It's a great store and I wish other stores were like it. I go out of my way to go to his store since there is one much closer to where I live.
Terrible store polices & experience, literally buy your gaming products / games anywhere else.
Gamestop PowerUp Rewards is force fed to the consumer as a "too good to pass up" value proposition of $15 up front for a year of $5 a month coupons that can be used on anything plus even more money back through rewards points accumulated on each purchase, however, upon initial impressions I've found the account and membership to be clumsy and overly strenuous to navigate and can't even complete the simplest of tasks such as using points to redeem a $10 in store credit coupon. Even being instructed step-by-step by the staff to redeem an in-store $10 coupon reward, the account failed to process the redemption at the check-out and so I was instructed to "figure it out later" by holding onto the receipt and getting my money refunded another time when the account can process the redemption because "maybe the servers are just overloaded right now" but when I went to log back into my account using the password I know to be valid I was locked out of the account and asked to "try again later" therefore rendering my points worthless and $15 wasted so far. I assume the navigation of this redemption process is made intentionally frustrating to give the consumer the illusion of value but inevitable making them give up on the whole thing soon after and just cutting their losses, therefore making GamesStop $15 richer without delivering an ounce of value. I hope I can overcome this hurdle and figure out how to crack the system in the coming weeks to get something out of the service, especially before the company inevitable goes belly up.
All employees were standing outside front door smoking. Nothing better than going through a cloud of smoke to spend some money. They stunk, store stunk everything stunk including me afterwards. Thought there was a law on how far away from business to do this but gamestop must b special.
