7Usually like GameStop but this visit was not great. 2 employees at the check out but only one ringing up customers. Apparently stocking is more important. That usually wouldn't bother me but there was literally a wait of over 15mins because of one customer taking forever. You would think the second employee could stop for one minute from stocking and check out the 3 other people stuck in line

After many years of this being my GS home store I Unfortunately taking my business else where. This new addition staff just really need to work on their knowledge and customer service skills. This suppose to be a kid friendly place. I've had a few bad experience where I was left feeling like I wasted my time even going there but This last experience was horrible. I had a controller that needed to be replace since I got the insurance it should've been an easy transaction but No it wasn't. Them actually having the same controller there just a difference in color. The guy made me go to coconut point where they exchange it for me and were surprised they sent me to them. That guy suck he's extremely rude to customers and don't know anything. Their standards has really lower. I had it with them this staff don't know anything about games or even attempt to try to find the info on things. This isn't a friendly informative place anymore. I'm taking my business elsewher sorry.
I called to ask a question about the controller and sensitivity to my controller and the lady that answered was very very healthful and answered all my questions

This used to be my GameStop to go… some of the new people working there just don’t know what they are doing and how to treat people.always complaining when people come to do trade ins.it’s crazy. Definitely after 3 times in row having a bad experience at this location, I’m not coming back, it’s a shame.
