11Yesterday I went to trade in my PS4 and two games and to buy the PS5, but the employee didn’t accept the trade and the purchase because I didn’t had my HDMI Cable. They lost a $500 sale for a HDMI Cable, that was stupid not to accept the deal for a cable that cost like $2.
Sell used and broken products.and label then as new.they never answer the phone.and you can only return items within a week.
There are only modern games and most of them for PS5, if you are looking for PS4 games that you want to play from 2022 and back, you will find very little
Brandon and melissa the associates there were hiding in the back of the store when i arrived, had sign up saying "out from 2: 00-2: 45 pm, melissa popped out when i knocker at 2: 52 pm, did not want to assist in any way
Sadly I had to give it one start cause with cero wouldn’t let me give it a review. The guy there “John” according to the receipt was extremely rude, not only because he completely ignored my son and I when we walked in and for the next 5 minutes we had to wait there when they was only one costumer in the store. But he also slammed the game my 8 years old son was buying, in the counter. Horrible experience for my son and I after he waited for so long for that game.
John is the manager there. He's great, very attentive, and helped me with all my questions with everything I needed to purchase. Wish there were many more managers like this. Thank you john so much.
Horrible experience. John from this location doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Purchased a “new” game. What I received was an unsealed copy closed by a sticker. Not a new game. Their justification was since it was the “last copy” they open it. Apparently this is a policy of theirs. Unacceptable and John’s inability to manage issues and poor attitude will keep me from shopping at all GameStops.
What bad attention and bad character the person who is answering didn't even say hello, apart from the fact that I opened 5 minutes late, he was upset that I was waiting outside.
The horrible service practically ignores you, I now went to buy 2 games and the man did not pay attention because he was looking at the online purchases, and he could not serve me for 2 minutes
Bad attention, my wife wanted to buy 2 games and the man did not want to assist us because he charged for online orders, when ours was not going to take 2 seconds to collect.
New = Opened and tampered game.
They got the definition of “New” completely wrong.
