Great place with so much games I can choose from but when I visited I got myself with help from my loving mother a 2ds since that all I wanted for Christmas and they had it so I am grateful thank you GameSpot!:)
My son bought a powers Xbox controller on the 25th and when we got home it didn't work and we went today to return it and the man at the counter was very rude and in the end he didn't want to change it, people like that shouldn't work with the public, he was half mulatto and skinny guy, too rude and the first one he changed didn't work and the second one that was the one we went to return today didn't work either. I don't recommend buying anything there. We left there very upset and in the end we lost our money and what bothered me the most was the way the boy treated us.how he said very rude
Always our favorite game stop whenever we are in the area we always stop in staff is super friendly and the store has a lot more then other locations close to us it’s always a awesome shopping experience with this game stop
This location is great. Very clean and great selection. The customer service is on point and they typically have early release for new games so you can get them the night before it comes out.
Online says they have a deal till the 12th of May but I went to the store and they didn’t want to honor it. I even called the store prior to going and they told me i was good to go.
I walk in see what I want get to the counter ask for it they have it. Then say sorry it’s only the core controller for and elite series nothing special. Next maybe take the box off the rack if you don’t have it
I’m honestly surprised there are still Game Stops open. This one was busy too but the customer service was great. My son took an Xbox one and PS4 to get store credit towards an Xbox one S. They were very helpful and we were in and out within 25 minutes or so.
I went in with my husband today. Tory assisted us. She was awesome. I mean, like she truly went above and beyond. She dix my husband's account, she had a lot of knowledge on games and systems. We had a membership and didn't even know we would get $5 every month until she told us. Her attitude amd energy was great. We also came soon before they were closing and even thought it was late, we were not rushed and Tory gave us awesome 5+ star service.
I probably just had the absolute best customer experience with Gamestop I have ever had. I had the please of having Tory help me with an account issue I have been having difficulty fixing probably since I was a kid. She got on tge phone immediately after I told her my issues with my account and stayed on the phobe patiently maneuvering and problem solving every obstacle that would have normally confused and stumped me. I sincerely hope this company reads these reviews because Tory should be recognized as a Rockstar customer professional. This will forever be my homebase GS in the future thank you Tory.
Girl cashier was acting very inappropriate towards a customer.visibly flirting and making him feel uncomfortable.extremely unprofessional!
Three people in line. That's it with one return. New hire was doing his best but the little guy manager was just walking around instead of opening another register. After 9 mins I put my $200 worth of merchandise back and left. Not very customer oriented when it comes to actually helping coworkers
Pretty aggravating store to deal with. Which is unfortunate because its usually really clean and organzied. Every employee ive delt with just seems kind of unfriendly and not willing to do anything for the customers. Ive been told to come back multiple times because whomever was at the store at the time wasnt able to get product down that i needed. Which is super inconvenient for in store purchases, if i wanted to wait for days id just order online. I was litterally given wrong product and then given attitude when i wanted to switch it out for the right items. Pushed out and forced to wait longer for the correct items, and were talking 7 or 800 dollar items being given out incorrectly. All in all i wish management was always on location and they made sure to hire and train people who can handle basic tasks.
