GameStop, Lake City FL

I ordered 2 games along with other things I picked up at the store and the games were supposed to be shipped today. Instead I get an email that the rest of the order was canceled? Seriously? I pre ordered for Christmas! I will NEVER purchase from GameStop again and I will discourage everyone I discuss gaming with from purchasing from GameStop. Totally unprofessional and undependable. Poor business!

Don't waste your time instead use it to take a trip to the Gainesville location inside oaks mall. It sucks that I literally have to drive an hour vs 30 mins every time because this store and it's staff just simply do not care. I've got a number of stories to share and the only reason why I kept giving them a chance is because of the distance. Do better with you stores and employees GameStop

The sales person was very helpful as I know nothing about Nintendo switch and accessories so headed to the house and getting ready for game on lol

Do not buy consuls or anything used from this place. They do not honor their warranty my game consul over heated. When I tried to return it to exchange it they said that I didn’t even exist in their system after January 1 their system reset and deleted my entire account, so all the warrantees on games and the consul that I had were erased and I still have five months left on a warranty on my game console and they will not honor it. Do yourself a favor and just buy a brand new consul from somewhere else you will save more money that way. They will screw you over.

I make it a point to go somewhere else next time went up there twice this week to try to sell some older used tablets the woman behind the counter was very short and snappy with her answers an attitude she seemed to have more interest in her conversation with her friend she was talkin to and treated me like I was an inconvenience second time I went in there this week after making sure the tablets were fully charged and hopefully get a little cash this stuff that wasn't being used that I had laying around. I was once again greeted and treated like I was an inconvenience to her and her friends conversation. When I asked her any questions about any of the items I brought in hoping she gained a little more or at least pointed into the right direction of finding out. The only thing the woman could tell me they only took devices that had new gen charger port. When I asked her what did she mean she pointed at the charger port because I am hard of hearing I asked her oh is that what she meant by new gen the c-type and Android charging ports to confirm what I was Hearing was correct. She responded by saying I don't know New gen after gazing at me like she just been bean down from the starship Enterprise to some unfamiliar planet that had some unlockable unfortunate malfunction set to send her to some completely random destination but the coordinates unknown to a unknown planet.only to have to turn around and leave Hearing her and her friend make under the breath comments and Snickers as I walked away

They sold Me a broken playstation 5 this location is a scam your days are numbered gamestop

Very delightful staff, they might have hooked me with their $14 membership LOL but it's all good I'll end up using it but yeah very nice place decent prices as far as game shops go and pretty decently well stocked

Trying to find out if they have a game in stock as I’m 30 mins away in live oak. The phone rings one single time then says everyone is busy call back later then hangs up on you.

The people there are great. I wish they had more items and I wish they would answer there corporate number.

Awesome staff! They always have great attitudes and are pretty knowledgeable in the world of video games.
